Will not go there again. Went to purchase something and had the transaction voided and th bey still too the money out. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time this has happened in the last month have not seen any money returned or any call back. Once may be an oversight but two is not.

They card whoever they want to card! Very rude staff and pumping up fights and arguments with customers. Very horrible ppl ! This lady laughed in my face from traveling back n forth because of false information!!! Hire new people pls and the next time that lady is rude laughing at ppl wasted time and strugging her shoulders. Be better employees or don’t work

They really don't do a great car wash here. We found our car, on the outside, simply was not clean. Also the inside was not done well either. Disappointing.

Hello, I was at your Quartz Hill CA west Ave L location today 1/29/21 approximately 2:40 pm. I was standing in line waiting to pay for my gas. I noticed how incredibly rude the man was working behind the counter. Their was a senior citizen in front of me who obviously hard of hearing. The cashier was so demeaning to him. When it was my turn he was just as rude. I thought someone should be aware of his very mean character towards customers. Doesn’t seem to matter who they are. This man acted like he hates his job. He should not be waiting on costumers at all. He seriously needs some customer service training. Thank you for your time!

Worst car wash ever. For $30, they threw away papers in my car without my permission, and there were so many water spots on my car, I had to wipe the car down myself. There was dirty footprints left on the drivers side floor mats. I complained to the manager and he refused to give me a refund. He said they always throw away things that they think are trash (not for them to decided - how do they know its trash). He said he would rewash my car but I honestly don't want them touching it. The manager never apologized, had an attitude and eventually gave me a free car wash coupon but I dont think I will ever go back there.

On their door it says, no mask no service yet I go in every time and there's customers with no mask on and the employees don't say anything. It gets even better! The employees aren't wearing a mask either.

During this time of crisis its the only place i felt comfortable using. They had hand sanitizers and the lady seems to be cleaning regularly. I appreciate it!

I have to say during this crisis we are having, i have to commend these guys for having everything always clean. They provide hand sanitizer at the register. i have never felt more comfortable shopping. Thank you!

Convenient location, but usually busy. Staff is hit or miss, and the prices are usually a little higher here than other parts of Lancaster

This manager/ owner is a snake! Cashier wouldn't break a $5 bill for me. Said they have been told by the manager you have to buy something to get change! They do the same for buying lottery if you pay with a bank card you get charged a fee! WTF that's them forcing you to pay a fee for everything! Will not be shopping here anymore!

Karen the manager was awesome with her assistance when the car wash wouldn't take my code....she jumped right on it , fixed the problem immediately and saved me from being late to my doctors appointment! Karen deserves 10+ stars!!! Love their car wash and now their customer service thanks to Karen!!!
