I’ve been going to this meat market 18 years staff polite store clean never had any problems with my meat fresh all the time doing the First stage of the pandemic the owner keptthe community supplied up with food his trucks was always on time the owner would go and help unload the trucks to accommodate the customers this is a true neighborhood store congratulations on your new store on 15st west I go there sometimes when in the area . Again Thank you for operating and caring for the hood ?

The meats are impeccable I even asked if I could order beef cheeks hog cheeks and the answer was yes no problem. Your custom cut any piece any thickness in the display is mind blowing however, the produce just stay away. The oranges are old and tough dried out inside as were the cuties clementines tangerine They've been around so long that even they were getting a stiff shell of a peel the broccoli I had to have something for my salad that night and I didn't know them oranges were bad yet so I just grabbed a small head of broccoli didn't really think of it and when I got home I realized how utterly wilted and desiccated it was! Very nice people but it's beer and meat and some Latin kitchen staples But for produce it's emergency only you could get a lime and get some lemons cilantro a few things in the produce area cucumbers some strawberries That had seen better days although they were Driscoll's. The people are also five-star all the way and I recommend supporting them as they are a family owned local business and that's getting more and more important.

I had been looking for a butcher to supply me with meat for beef jerky which I make in my dehydrator. Jose, in the meat department after talking to me for a few minutes set me up with 6 lbs of beef for jerky. He was so sweet and helpful. I now have a new a place to buy meat. Thanks Jose!

Been going here for years. Today I asked to get Asada prepared. They put powder season on it that's it. They used to put onions, oranges all kinds of sometimes orange juice. They put nothing. Is this normal now??. That's what made them the beat In Town. Maybe he was lazy and thought this white boy won't know the difference. And I did ask for it to be prepared. He even asked me I told him yes.

I had a young man help me in the meat dept. idk if because he’s so young he doesn’t have customer service, he looked annoyed by everything I would ask he cut me off after handing me the meat, he yelled out next, I wasn’t even done with the things I needed, one of his co workers noticed and told him I still needed help and he didn’t even apologize I just asked him for my next item and left. I don’t think I will return. 3 stars because I did see the owner trying to help the customers.

My wife and I moved from Los Angeles, and we want to find a meat market.This place was dark and dingy. Went straight to the back to the meat sections. They were not fresh looking at all. We looked at the chorizo and not the best either. We walked out.

Horrible service They would not take off the membrane off the ribs. The ranchera had a lot of fat on the other side they hide it.
