The worst pharmacy ever. They refused to fill a prescription for a pain medication because they claimed I’d never been there for it before which was not true. I’d filled it at least 3 times before when this happened before and they were so rude and made effort to make sure everyone heard what I needed. Ii knew one of the lead techs there but she had retired and I knew she would be shocked how I was treated .I live with chronic pain, I have fibromyalgia , OA, bad back and had surgery in 2016 and have rods in my back; frozen shoulder from reciently shattered shoulder surgery, a broken foot that didn’t heal correctly and been on it for 30 years and there was a shortage of it all over the AV and my own pharmacy was out and Burns was only one that had it in stock. It was horrible and embarrassing treating me like addict . I’ve going to same pain management group for 24 years! They were shocked they wouldn’t fill it. Needless to say I had some horrible days after ThT day until finally my pharmacy got it in stock. Everyone there is rude. They wouldn’t even let me speak to the pharmacist!

This place has everything you can think of as far as medical and personal items. The help there was above and beyond. This is my go to place for medical needs. I would definitely recommend this business!

This place is awesome from the two ladies at the counter the gentlemen in the back and the lady at the equipment desk. They are all great people. I'm a T10 paraplegic and I very often run out of my medical supplies and they always take care of me. I highly recommend this place. Amd they deliver.

I don't understand all the bad posts. This place is pretty much everything I like about a pharmacy. Quick prescription filling, convenient, and good parking (in back). And it's got this kind of home like feeling. I like it

Rude she told me I can’t get information from them because I don’t get prescriptions from them that a lie because that the pharmacy I use for my prescriptions and they’ve delivered to me and when I’ve gone to pick up I’ve got my prescriptions from them and I bought things from them in the store like Tylenol and pads and I got my kids prescriptions from them to the fact that she says she can’t give me information because I don’t use their pharmacy. That’s a lie I use their pharmacy.

Horrible customer service, especially Camille. She's extremely RUDE AF! You try to give your best possible explanation to your needs, and she gets an instant attitude. She has very poor communication skills. The only person that's nice, compassionate, and professional is Julie.

So friendly, respectful and helpful. The (male) pharmacist answered all of my (female related) questions in a casual yet professional and easy going manner. No weirdness, and actual eye contact made me feel very safe, like I could ask anything health related.The shop is spacious and well stocked ( and carries the fullest line of Burt's Bees Products I've seen at any pharmacy. They even carry the men's line.)Very pleased and happy to return.

Said prescriptions will be ready in 30 min ...came back not ....told me to come back at 2 (hour and a half later) ...not ready ...told me to come in at 3 ...meanwhile moms in pain w soars that need her creams and medicines. I'm trying to convince her to use another pharmacy...tired of this place wasting my time and gas....just be honest and say it wont be ready for 3 or 4 hours and save everyone the frustration and inconvenience. My mom also told them she needs the easy open tops because she cant open the other ones and they forget. People are not rude at least so got 2 stars instead of 1

Bad experience I took my wheelchair charger to them cause I needed a new one I paid $60 upfront they ordered the wrong one and refused to refused to exchange it or give me a refund said all sales are final so I was out the money and I have a new charger that doesn't work on my wheelchair and they had my charger why they ordered the wrongbone I'll never know bad business
