Lance was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and was extremely affordable. He did a great job replacing and rerouting my dryer vent. Will definitely use again in the future for more projects. Five stars! Highly recommend!!

We had a human and dog encounter with a cabinet split down the side. I was unsure this could be repaired but much cheaper than buying a new matching cabinet door. Lance was amazing and did an outstanding job in less than 24 hours for the repair. I highly recommend Lance for his attention to detail and awesome job.

I needed to have a through the wall dog door installed. I sent Lance a message explaining what I needed done and he was quick to respond and estimate was reasonable. He was able to schedule it pretty quickly. He is very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. It looks great. I would highly recommend his company.

I have a 1950's home with original appliances. Needs updating. So far, Lance has installed a new gas wall oven. The new unit had different dimensions from the old. He was able to create a perfect fit and added trim to the space that remained. Looks professional. I'm very happy with the outcome. Lance has a very calm demeanor and meticulously worked through complications that exist with older homes.I would recommend Brough Maintenance/Construction and will call him for future work.

Lance is a very soft spoken, polite man. He did a wonderful job installing my new entry door. He's very professional and itemizes everything in his estimates so you know exactly what you're paying for. He uses easy pay cash apps as well, which was a big help for me.

don't use them...overpriced.....wanted to charge me $5000 to paint 20 cabinet doors....only the doors.....rip off artist....do not use I paid 8000+ for 2134sq to be painted as well as 9000 for COMPLETE flooring and carpet and this guy is changing 5000 to paint 20 cabinet doors that I explained was already primed....OVERPRICED

He did a great job renovating my house from my master bathroom, living room, bedroom, kitchen which he made the cabinets and an island. Replaced the tiles from the kitchen to the dining area, hallway bathroom, raised the ceiling of the entry way, hallway and installed can lights!

We have used Lance for several years. For a time his workmanship was good, now he is inattentive to detail and downright sloppy. We hired him to do some drywall repair in our garage and it was terrible. The "mud" is applied poorly with large swaths protruding from the ceiling. He was literally mad when we asked him to come back and fix a section he had originally contracted to fix. He is argumentative and very, very expensive particularly given the steep decline in his quality. The garage was finished and textured. Lance finished it extremely rough with no texture at all. I will need to hire someone else to finish the job. Be very careful.
