The automated system to make a payment has been down for weeks with absolutely NO ONE that wants to do their job and help the customer. I waited 45min with "customer service" and the rude employee teenager at the store was useless. If you're thinking of switching to boost...DONT!!!!!!!!!!

It's a great place to handle your phone business. They are always fast, friendly, and very patient making sure to tend to all customers needs. Never have I gone to this location to see it too busy.

Boost mobile representative sold me a defect iPhone 10 on 12/30/19. I went into the store today 1/18/20 to complain that speaker in the phone has a lot of static, the caller can’t hear you nor can you hear them. Representative response is you got to go to the apple store, my response I didn’t buy it from the apple store. To the next customer I wouldn’t purchase a iPhone from them I wish I had went to the apple store ?
