Yes I walked into the store and the girl knew nothing about my phone even though it was an Android phone she said she only knew the iPhone so you have incompetent people not knowing the product of a phone so she wasn't very helpful and she wasn't listening or paying attention while she's on her computer so I will never go to that store again the girl suck Big time.

Let me tell you something that I don't like I went in there to pay a phone bill I had like $5 in cash and I was going to pay the rest with the credit card this employee there through a fit saying that we can't do that blah blah blah you know I said anywhere else I go they let me pay cash in the rest on credit she told me that they are set up like that we ain't so she made me pay for the whole thing out of my credit card

I went there with my wife's cousin who uses T Boost Mobile he still has a lot of problems with his phone I keep taking him back they keep trying to straighten it out I don't know why he uses that company if he has that most problems but that's his fault

Long time customer came in to upgrade mine and my wife's spending approximately 140-150.told had to pay activation fee that is b.s should be waived way to take care of customers. Sarge does NOT recommend for seniors or veterans.
