Its was very overpriced a item said it was 95 cent but was charged different price was charged bag and didn't receive my receipt until I left its alright

Sales Associate JANELLY OR JANELLEY however you spell it. ( female black ) I'm a regular customer here and her attitude is so negative. She makes me feel like she isn't happy or I purchased to much and she's upset she has to bag everything. I don't mind bagging my items, but at least be polite and say have a good day/night. You have no customer service and I believe you're better off working in the back stocking merchandise , and not in front of the store. We are happy shoppers and ending our purchase with your attitude makes us not want to shop there anymore. I hope you realize maybe this job isn't for you and you can find somewhere that fits your attitude. Sincerely a high paying customer .

This particular Big lots is always full of good deals great furniture and friendly staff what more could you ask for.They mark down I feel more than others and I appreciate that. They always let you know when the good deals are coming up and sales etc.

I was looking for something specific and it was out of stock but I believe I was told I can order it online. I don't often go into Big Lots, but every time I do, I end up purchasing more than what I intended. They have a wide variety of fun things, useful things, and full of ideas of how to make life simpler or prettier! At exceptionally reasonable prices! The photos attached are things I knew nothing about and did not go to the store intending to purchase, but I did and am eager to use them both!

I bought certain rope light and came back for more since I got a bigger house, they only had one box of the lights in stock and was told shipment they will get more but returning for the 4th time nothing !

Purchased a couch at this location a couple days ago and had it delivered by Big Lots yesterday. After the drivers left, we removed the protective plastic and found a hole in our brand new couch. Called Big Lots in Lancaster, same day, and told them about the hole. They said they would replace the couch, which is great, but we have to return it to them. We are both elderly and would struggle to move this couch, especially down a flight of stairs, and how is this our fault in the first place. I asked them to send drivers back to pick up the couch and deliver us a new one and they said we would have to pay for the drivers to come back and pick it up. WHY?!? This is not on us and we also should not have to pay for your drivers or a U-Haul in order to return this to the store. This situation needs to be remedied by Big Lots in its entirety. They need to send us a new couch and remove this one when they do so.
