Fair prices and super friendly guys. Duke is great. Very honest and trustworthy. I'll keep going to them for all my wheel needs because of him even though they are a bit of a drive from W Palmdale.

I have been a customer of Grand American Tires since 2017. This was one of the better Automotive repair businesses of Lancaster California. Ramsey and Duke were a Awesome team in regards of automotive repair and tires. Friday, July 29, 2022 I took my truck to Grand American Tires due to rear brake failure. My truck has been serviced only by Grand American Tires since moving to Lancaster in 2017. Saturday , Ramsey had multiple employees call off from work, and assured me that Monday they will diagnose my truck. Monday, August 1 and Tuesday, August 2 , Ramsey did not come to work. ( Note: The idiot in the office answering the phone , on speakerphone was no help at all to any customer) Duke was left to run the business for those two days. To meet Duke he's customer orientated very humorous. To rely on Dukes word in regards of the business is another issue. Monday and Tuesday Duke could not get it together to inspect my truck. Late Tuesday I drove into the business to inquire about my truck. As usual Duke gave inconsistent information stating that my front brake pads were at 50% and my back brake pads were at 80%. Because I don't trust anything that Duke tells me, I had Duke direct the employees to takeoff my back tires to inspect my back brakes myself. I had the employee pull off the rear driver side back brake drum, and the drum was severely scarred and the "primary " brake pad had disintegrated. I asked Duke is this what you call 80% ???? I looked at Duke and said to him "you look real bad at this moment, you just got caught in a lie". Moving forward with the story, I smiled at Duke and just told Duke to tell Ramsey they just lost a good customer...Note: this business cannot keep "Good Automotive technicians". And it is obvious the office personnel needs a replacement. Good luck if you decide to do business with this company.

Who knew? I tried calling a couple of places for pricing on a set of tires and could never get a price just "we got them". I was about to give up but saw a Yelp review for this company. I called...was given a price AND a discount quote over the phone. 3 days later I show up with no written quote but there was a written notation with my quoted price. No hassle no upsell no problems. AND I had a GREAT time there. Would highly recommend and I'd do it again

Honest and professional tire shop with the best deals around. Came in for my Tesla model s and they had the special tires on hand and got it done same day.

This is the absolute WORST place to go. Unless chatting droll with Scumbags is your cuppa T Took a merc in for replacing a bust front tire. The conman salesman assured me over the phone he have the exact size/brand in stock. True to the nature of the slimey old wornout cliched con,when i got there,he then apologized he made a mistake, he Dont have the brand i need, but, to make up for it, he will give me a "deal" on "better" tires,but i have to buy Two, because different brands dont work together. Bla bla bla.... I get back on the freeway, and alls well untill i hit the brakes and the car violently jump to the side. I almost lost my life. Upon inspection, not only did he give me a far inferior brand for the price, but the size is too big. The reason he Sold me the crap was bcause it was the only "right size" tires he had.....scamscummer When i took it back, he denies he sold me the tires,denies its the wrong size, and actually swore and threatened me. I had to resolve it through the cc company. SCUMSUCKERS

I take all of my cars and my families cars to this location to get fixed. Today was the biggest purchase I've ever had to make. Brought my car in for diagnostics on my coolant system. Ramsey and his team got me in and got my car looked at in a timely manner and then notified me of what all the problems where and also forecasted things that he saw that would require work in the future. He gave me expert advise on the immediate repairs needed and informed me of all the warranties and cost associated with the repairs. He gave me an awesome unbeatable price on all the parts required to fix my car and after I agreed to the price he instantly got to work. My car was in and out of the shop within 6 hours. Ramsey and his team completed AWESOME work on my coolant system (new radiator, new upper and lower hoses, new thermostat, new housings, full system flush, and OEM fluid replacements) that doesn't even include the cost to pressurize and test the coolant system (if you try to rent the test parts from an auto parts store it's $250 rental fee) I highly recommend!!!

Do not buy anything here as My 80 yo Mother needed 4 tires and I had usually used the Tires Store In Lancaster as they have been here forever well that day someone must of made the manager mad as he was short and very rude so I went to Grand American tires where Tim a super nice man ( No Longer there) took care of us and said the tires comes with a warranty and one of the best warranties and they charged much more but as the saying goes you get what you pay for ,Or so we thought these tires were purchased 10/2019 we have not driven on them as the virus has been here and we are high risk and are ordered to stay home . Last night I got in the car to go finally to Walmart and as I was driving the wheel all the sudden went flat they are Falken Brand and we were told they were premium tires with a warranty the AAA man who saw the tire said it was defected and blew a wall ? I do not even know what that means and when I went to the shop Ramsey would not even go to the car to see the tire and took the green paper receipt and threw is at me saying no tires are under warranty . So I called a very nice man who works in Simi Valley and got the nicest service representative he said they all have manufacturer warranties and the manager should of looked at it now I called Steve and I am waiting to see what he does as I do believe in allowing people to solve a problem and if he does I will repost the results as of now they never called like I was promised by Richard and it was funny I had told Richard I was doing a yelp review he said I need to tell you thats a joke as you can pay to have them removed ,That is odd as I checked and have seen all the bad ones ,I wonder if they just could not afford to remove anymore (LOL) I have faith Yelp does a great jon and I hope that people review a business before hand as most people would never do these extensive reviews if they were not truly upset for someone to throw the paperwork at me and tell me no tire has a warranty was a shock and did I react with class and dignity ? Absolutely not I was obnoxious and even disgusting I admit it but the fact that he did not even come see the tire and I paid the higher price because of being told how great the warranty was really up setted me and Ramsey acting like I was not even worth talking to was disgusting .

Ramzi took such great care of my car. Luis and Sebastian are wonderful and all work so hard to make sure you're happy with everything your car needs. I have a Fiat 500, so it can be tricky. They always know what to do and do it professionally & honestly. You have a great team here! :)

Unfortunately after having to change to new tires every 3-6 months at this place, I have to change my review after going to another place. They always told me Mercedes cars have tires fixated on a way that ruins tires very fast. Well after buying and spending thousands here I decided to go somewhere else, it was too much, how could I be so stupid? It wasn't my 1st Mercedes. I normally believe in people and never expected them to take advantage of a woman. But they did, one time after another... I decided to go to another place by the advise of a friend, had to get all 4 new tires again. It's been over 2 yrs and they're all still in great conditions... I won't sue this place but I'll never remove this review, I'm so lucky I didn't have accidents, I was literally driving with tire problems all the time without knowing. Definitely someone up there was always taking good care of us. Go at your own risk... you're not only risking being taken advantage of, but also risking your and your family's life...

Becareful because if they damage your wheels or car you are on your own And if you call George manolakos good luck because he will ignore you and make excuses Not worth the savings
