“Lived here for 10 months and will be renewing. Pleasant experience and community, management has been cordial and reasonable in all interactions. Gated for security, gates work most of the time and there are multiple exits. Many laundry rooms and pools, but laundry is expensive. Luckily, there are units with hookups for you to install your own machines. Good location for Lancaster-Palmdale commuting, and close to the metro station for LA visits. Biggest personal gripe is that the fitness center is only open from 8-5 and not on Sundays.”

“Let me get to it and say that the whole sunset ridge “apartment shopping” experience was incredible. From the moment my wife and I decided to make our appointment it was apparent that we were in for a great customer/renter experience.Huge shout out to Laurie! We didn’t know it at the time but we soon found out that Laurie is fantastic! You can’t help but feel needy or bothersome with all the questions you might have over an apartment, but Laurie reassured us that it was all part of the process. Whether it was a simple question, getting us organized, and seeing the joy on our face as we set eyes on our unit; Laurie handled it all like the pro she is.I am looking forward to my time here and I would recommend it to friends and family.”
