Our experience working with Deleon was great! We had our minds set on the new Mazda 3 hatchbacks and after initially speaking with Deleon we foolishly went to a dealership in Valencia because they had one in a lower class with different trim that would have saved us around 5 grand (just trying to save a few bucks off of such a large purchase). But our experience there was terrible. We returned to Deleon already frustrated and on edge and ready to leave but his personality instantly put us back at ease. We understand that when purchasing a car you and the dealership have different and at times opposing priorities and you should always do your due diligence and read everything and make sure it makes sense to YOU. But we feel that having good rapport with the person you’re working with can go a long way and Deleon definitely made sure that was the case. He made us comfortable enough to be able to say exactly what we were thinking and what we were not happy with when negotiating. In the end we ended up with a higher class model than anticipated, only due to what they had available, but much happier because we felt heard and respected. Turns out that we actually love the class and color we ended up with more than we thought and are more than happy that we ended up with the car we did. Even the red interior which I was initially against lol. Thank you Deleon!

I went with my partner to refinance his leased car to own and the sales manager smelled like cigarettes and was extremely pushy towards us. He first was pushing my partner to trade it in for another car after we told him no multiple times. He then tried to push me to cosign for him after i told him i wouldnt multiple times. He was very unprofessional. We ended up leaving without refinancing simply to cool off from him unprofessional behavior. The staff that worked there 3 years ago were so much better. Its a shame to see how this place has gone down hill.

My Salesperson was Elizabeth Ruiz! She got the job done; Elizabeth was very efficient, not pushy or hovering around me and sooo patient! I have never been to a dealership and Bern approved and the paper signing with the Finance Manager all go so smoothly and in a timely manner! It was soo amazing! I will definitely recommend their services at least check out Diamond Mazda in Lancaster!!! I am sooooo happy, satisfied and Blessed with my purchase! Thanks Elizabeth and the team Managers!
