Not from the area, but had my vehicle serviced here. Staff were really friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be, if there was some sign or something that let's you know that the service department is open. I had to open the door to find out.

They make a video of the work that the do so you can see the progress. It was cool. Customer service was absolutely amazing and very helpful. They replaced the passenger side airbag for me.
