Went to get my Mustang checked for squeaky brakes and a noise from the transmission tunnel. It was left with them for a whole day and they didn't even bother to look at the car. They simply just wasted my time.

I really did not want to make this review but after 6 text to review the business, I will. This place is disorganized period. Bought my Ford Bronco after waiting 2 years, not the dealerships problem of course. Very existing however since my order was updated multiple times I did not get everything I wanted. Had to pay more for steps when they were on my original order the first two times. Somehow did not make it on the last order and no one has an answer as to why this is. Paid 3 times as much after the fact. There are a few individuals who know what's going on in service and I do appreciate them however the phone system is junk cannot get ahold of anyone goes to voicemail and no one calls back after a week of waiting. Final straw was no call back about my vehicle being ready for pick up from quick lane. Called got voicemail twice. Went back to quick lane at around 5:20pm doors are locked my broncos outside. Mind you door says closes at 6:00pm. No one is around no call nothing. Have to drive over to dealership to get my truck back. Excuse was service advisor went home early. Not a good excuse have someone call your customers and let them know about their vehicles and where to pick up. I will not be doing any business here anymore. I run a business and this is not how you do it.

Horrible management (erick), they didn't care to be helpful with building my vehicle when order banks were opening. Anyone looking to build their Bronco stay away from this place, they are clueless!GO TO GALPIN!

Purchased my truck from Colley Ford in Glendora, CA, which is a small but family-owned dealership where I was treated with respect.Then, I started going to Diamond Ford Lancaster for service seeing as Glendora is a bit of a drive. Took five visits over several months to get my corrupted gateway module reprogrammed. After another visit, the cab of the truck smelled strongly of gasoline for several weeks. Oil changes and tire rotations take several hours. Often promised to have my truck back within a couple hours and that is always incorrect, which is an inconvenience to me and my team at work.I see that Diamond Ford opened a Palmdale location. I'm going to try one more time at that location. If I have the same terrible customer service, I'll gladly return to Colley Ford in Glendora. They treat you with a mom-n-pop shop style of respect and gratitude whereas Diamond Ford Lancaster gives you the "Where else are you gonna go?" attitude.This place sucks.

I drove from Bakersfield to look at a used truck in their inventory. The internet price made it worth the drive. I met with Big Mike and did a test drive. Trouble started during price negotiations. I had been pre-approved by my credit union but they ran their own check for the options contract. I must have been approved for a high amount because they came back with the truck 17k higher than what the internet price was. Wow. The sales team jacking up the price with useless add-ons. Door protection, paint protection, anti-theft GPS, a blinking red light to prevent rear end collisions, all things I didn't ask for. This turned a 36k truck into a 53k truck. No thank you. I told them that I didn't want any of the upgrades they had listed. They removed some and came back. I told them but they still refused to remove all of them. Then the manager, Alex, came by to "help" with the negotiating and was a creep. He told my wife that she had "warm hands." He tried to tell me I was getting such a great deal (yeah dude, that's why I drove from Bakersfield) and that they shouldn't have to lower the price beyond where we were at. So, I ended up walking out of the dealership. Big Mike came out and asked if I'd buy it if they would remove all the upgrades. Nope, they lost all credibility in my eyes. In the end, I came ready to buy a 36k truck and they weren't willing to let it go for less than 42k. Avoid this place like the plague. Typical dealership nonsense markups and negotiations that are a waste of time. Listen to the other reviews here, too. I bought a truck in Valencia the same day.TLDR: they played stupid games and won no prizes. Update: Frankie from Palmdale called me the next day and was very polite and apologized for the situation. He offered the truck with free delivery and no add-ons. I declined because I already bought a truck but the apology was appreciated.

Renee was my associate and the transaction with my sale (no trade-in) of my Honda along with a new purchase of my Camaro went smoothly. He was professional and went the extra mile to accommodate me. He wasn't like the stereotypical sales man. Highly recommend Renee you decide to visit.

Update- drove my car for the first time since driving it home from their shop today and my tire pressure sensor light came on. My back right tire is 23 while the others are 41. Not only did they charge me over $1,200 to not fix my problem, they created a much bigger problem and now I'm stuck with an actively leaking tire.

while the help of barret howle was invaluable, the work of your technicians leave me wondering, should i ever leave my safety up to them? after we had the tcm teplaced we started noticing a grind from the front of our car. i took it to my mechanic and he said it was the transmission. so i took it back to diamond ford and they said, it was the brakes, and that in order for them to tell if it was the transmission i would have to have the brakes done. well damnit your technicians 2 time would have me spend good money after shitty. i then took it to another mechanic and woe if it wasnt the transmission after all. your mechanics are the worst. and that is what im putting on yelp, and everywhere else that i can.

One of the worse dealerships in Lancaster, I took my truck there to get fixed last Wednesday, they said they needed to order a part and that it would be fixed today. I had to drive to the dealership to find out on the status because no one had the courtesy to call and let me know that the truck would not be repaired until tomorrow???!!! I left messages but never got a called back ?! I've seen better customer at the DMV! You know it's bad when I say the DMV! Wish they had better communication with their customers!!!!

Where do I start. I see why this company has very low ratings. I've purchased a lot of cars in my life, but I must say this was, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Looked at a used car and was given a price which seemed fair. Then came the old bait and switch. Salesman informs me there are other things that come with car that total another $5400... SAY WHAT!? I tell him I don't need all this other BS. He tells me, it's for my benefit. Sure it is. Then asks, what can we do to earn your business? I say, you can start by giving me the price you quoted without the stuff I don't want. He totally ignores my answer and proceeds to give me the usual car salesman routine. Then of course his boss comes in and gives me his line of BS. So after wasting about 2 hours of my time I leave. Of course I then get several calls over about two weeks asking me the same stupid question. How can we earn your business... lol. My response was same as before, give me price you quoted without the stuff added for MY BENEFIT. In the end the last price I get is original quote plus $1400 for stuff I don't want, and salesman proceeds to feed me his BS that it's a fantastic deal. FO. So yeah, my best advice is stay far away from these typical shyster sales people, Bernie and his boss Eric. Disreputable as they come. To end my story on a good note, I found a better used vehicle same make and model for $2000 less and no hassle from salesperson about buying extra BS for my benefit. I'll be leaving a good review for that dealer.

I have not driven my F-250 diesel for over 2 years. Due to the batteries being dead, I had my truck towed to now, Diamond Ford for their replacement and all other maintenance services (all fluids and filter changes). My assigned Service Advisor, Barret Howle, gave me a quote of $672.75 to complete the battery service as well as all other services agreed to. The following day my service advisor notified me that my truck was ready. I arrived around 2 p.m. to pay the bill and take my truck home. When I was presented the bill, to my surprise and utter shock it totaled 1,140.22. AND I was never notified of this discrepancy until I arrived to pay my bill! I asked this service advisor why such of a discrepancy and he explained that he forgot to add the cost of the batteries. What?!!!, the very reason I had my truck towed there was specifically for the batteries. Also, this service advisor 'low-balled' the cost of the air filter on the estimate; estimate: $39.95; actual cost: $86.36. I paid the bill and assessed my truck; the dashboard showed a 'Low Tire Pressure' warning. I brought that to their attention and they stated I needed to drive the truck for a few miles and it would adjust. However, out of caution, they checked the pressure and said it was fine. When I arrived home I immediately called to speak with a manager to discuss this issue. I was forwarded to Eric Reynolds, "manager?", who sympathized with my situation and stated he would call a meeting with the all the service advisors. So the 'Low Tire Pressure' warning? The following day after I brought my truck home, FLAT TIRE! And had to have my truck towed again to my tire shop for the tire repair. It's been 4 days since I made my complaint and still no resolution. UPDATE: BROOKE FROM DIAMOND FORD CONTACTED ME AND STATED THAT SHE'LL BE REFUNDING THE DIFFERENCE IN COST OF THE ESTIMATE AND THE ACTUAL COST. I RECEIVED THE CHECK BY MAIL AS PROMISED!

If you're ever looking for a car salesman that goes beyond what the job descriptions says then Big Mike is your man! He's not one of those "yes" man car sales men he's a I'm going to tell you how it is which I respect way more!! Whenever I go and purchase another truck I will be sure to get it from him! I would refer people to him. I personally don't write reviews but I want people to know how awesome he is! Having him at Diamond Ford makes the dealership look that much better! He's the best one there! So please if you're thinking about going to Diamond Ford please go see Big Mike. You wont be disappointed! He truly goes above and beyond!
