Will be taking my care elsewhere for all services from now on, waiting 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable, staff wouldn't give me an update, why make an appointment if they're not gonna start on my car until 3 hours later. Offered a free oil change, but I'd rather pay than wait this long.

Don't know why so many low stars. I dealt with Tim who setup maintenance for my Chevy bolt. I thought it would have to stay overnight but he called me two hours later and said the car was ready!!! Bro even called a Lyft for me to come pick it up. I wish I would have bought my car from here. Impeccable customer service!!!!

I pulled up right where John from the service department told me to park for my 10am apt. I got out and was greeted with a smile from Sheila. she was so kind, friendly, professional and patient. After getting all my info she directed me to where customers wait in their lobby area. Right when I walked in to AV Chevy I saw people smile and greet me saying hello, how are you? and asked me if I needed anything. The one thing I noticed was how clean it is in there. I was getting some work done and one of the sales guys gave me the wifi to help out the receptionist because she was busy. So I really loved the team work. The service cashiers were really friendly as well during check out. I was still able to use my GMC points and thankful that I was able to take in my vehicle even though it wasn't a Chevy. I was referred to get my car serviced by Samuel Calloway. and I have already referred other friends over there. They can do oil changes for any make and model which I love. I will def keep coming back here when I am in town. Justin the owner was there as well and he smiled at me and said hello. This location gets a gold star from me. My oil change was affordable. Less than the Diamond GMC dealer. or quick lane in Lancaster. AV Chevy your the best. Thank you Sheila and John again for everything.

We leased a car last night from here. Austin and Erik were amazing. They are stand up people and trustworthy. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. It was worth the 1.5 hour drive for us!

Horrible, horrible service!!!!!! If you ever need your car serviced, don't go to AV Chevy!! Take it to another dealer or service center. Rude service, untimely repair time and lack of communication. You all have been warned, the only reason for the 1 star is because I have to. Otherwise, there would be no stars!!!!On a side note, if you need to sale your car, use Carvana or another type of on-line dealer. I got DOUBLE what I was offered by AV Chevy.

If you expect to receive a run around with all car dealerships then you won't be surprised at Antelope Valley Chevrolet. I'm very disappointed after wasting hours, trying to purchase a suburban. My sales person Kweku said his manager had agreed to remove the market adjustment of $2900 off the price. I provided my credit card to place a deposit with the manager Nina and was excited to tell my wife we'd be getting her a new car on her anniversary. After looking more closely at the pricing estimate, I realized the $2900 market adjustment had not been removed. Kweku said this was an oversight that he had missed. In fact, the manager refused to remove it, going back on what has been committed. She made a reduction, but would not honor the agreement that prompted me to place the deposit, keeping the adjustment at $1900. I wanted to buy this vehicle, but walked away after wasting hours when Nina would not hold to the commitment. I would avoid this dealership unless you have absolutely no other options. My deposit was returned but the hours are lost and I'd skip emotional roller coaster.UPDATE: In spite of my frustration and principle I did buy a car from the dealership, but really that was about making my wife happy and deciding the runaround and price difference by this dealership should not get in the way of that. Jack, while I acknowledge your public reply I reached out to you directly by email and through your public relations manager as soon as I posted this review and before the post below. So to me it feels insincere. I didn't hear back. If you want to make this right, I ask you to have your dealership do what they should have done originally. Hold to the word of your team. While manager Nina reduced the market adjustment down from $2900, she didn't honor Kweku's commitment to remove it completely. She said she would split it with me which she expressed was a generosity rather than a breech of commitment. Apparently this was all a miscommunication between Kweku and Nina but there was no miscommunication between me and Kweku (I emailed you the screen shot of our text thread.). As a customer that seems like it should be your problem. Not mine. By my math and the math of your finance manager Eric the adjustment finally landed at a seemingly random $820 dollars. I was glad it was less than where we started or the $1450 I agreed to (for my wife's sake) but I can't endorse anything about how this went down. As a manager myself, if my team commits to something and it's possible to make it happen, we do it. Even if we lose money. So the idea Nina refused to honor a commitment that simply meant making less profit still leaves me feeling wronged. (the adjustment is pure gravy!!). I bought the non-optional, huge-profit-for-you dealer add ons on an expensive SUV so there was no need to keep the adjustment other than the fact that your experienced managers (Nina has been in the car business a long time she said) would rather get additional profit out of me than hold to your word. So what I want to make this right is a check for that adjustment mailed to me. I'm not sure I care to hear from you again unless you are calling or emailing to update me about a refund.

I made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 8:00 this morning, yet I am still sitting here waiting for my car at 1:00 PM. It's not done. Also, I just found out that they don't wash the vehicle anymore. I think $100+ for an oil change should be completed much more efficiently, and I was really disappointed about the car wash. I already take my vehicle elsewhere for ALL other services; from now on I will take it elsewhere for oil changes as well. The service advisor is nice. The sales staff are nice, but the service department is unacceptable.Edit: The service advisor, Karan, explained the issue they were having and made amends. Communication would have prevented much of this frustration. Change from 2 to 3 stars.

Just an FYI Av Chevys phone number starts with (661) not the 877 scam number that offers you a $100 dollar rebate card for “long wait” even though they pick up the phone in the first ring. Went to the store in person 15 mins after trying to reach out and techs told me they knew nothing of a $100 rebate . Contact the normal department number and they’ll transfer you to the correct department. The actual parts department is amazing just thought to give a bad review to avoid people getting scammed.

Very disappointed in the repairs made to my 2500 HD. They damaged my vehicle while removing my drivers seat. I notified them of the damage and still no call back. It’s been about two weeks. I will not return to this dealership for any of my repairs. J. Hartz

Eight months since purchase and still having problems, Dealership is good at replying to the reviews but unable to fix the problems with the car and no Manager would talk to me, the car has a dangerous acceleration problem that happens randomly and they were not able to figure out why and were not able to duplicate, GM is involved now, waiting to see how good of a company is GM.Do they stand behind their brand or just push me towards legal action.

Who wants to play Monopoly? Not me. Who wants to waste their time? You? Great. When you get some dumb monopoly advertisement in the mail that says you won a cash or a prize. Use it for your fireplace or even better, papier-mâché. Whatever you do, do NOT believe this is real. Even if you (like I did) see that it says you won $500. And even if you call the number and it confirms from your confirmation code that you are a winner of $500. I called the dealership before I drove 35 minutes to confirm this ridiculousness. Man on the other end says we had to go there to "match the numbers on the board" to see if we won even though what we received in the mail the said we won. My husband said we should at least go check it out, so I appeased him. We walk into dealership and huge "board" is in perfect site for all to see with "winning numbers". No surprise our "$500 winning number" is fake. So this guy could have clearly told us on the phone by looking at said "board". Dealership Guy says we have to fill out a survey to see "what actual prize we won, because it is not always the prize it says". WTF??Dealership Guy: "Everyone win's something" *Fills out survey and gets this .50 cent piece of crap (see picture of cheap speaker)So basically this dealership is lying about prizes to get people to come in and gather personal information and do what with it?Good question. Not cool you guys and how legal?

They run a promotion that shows you won 500 dollars. Knowing it's too good to be true, I called and asked if it's really cash or money towards the purchase of a car. the person I speak to says yes it's cash, we just have to match the prize code to see if it's a winner. My dumbass thinks, well it shows I won so all they have to do is verify the prize code. What they fail to explain is that the prize code has to be matched to a board they have at the dealership and if that prize code matches, then you win. What they don't explain is everyone receives the same "500 dollar winning piece". I specifically asked them if I won. they didn't explain the game well, they made you think you win and then they screw you. made a trip down there for nothing. so many people were in the dealership pissed off because of the same reason I was. what a crappy thing to do to people during tough times. I will never go to this dealership again.
