Don’t come here unless you wanna keep going back for problems they know what they’re doing on purpose. Took my wife’s car to get all 4 brakes n rotors done because she wanted them “professionally” done. Had to take it back 5 more times due to a nasty grinding issue, Larry the manager kept saying it was my parts when they were brakes n rotors from Orileys where they get the same products, requested a refund and he denied, come to find out nothing was wrong with my parts, they did bad service by not lubricating any parts, didn’t surface the rotors regardless if they’re new u need to do that, didn’t tighten certain components properly and broke pieces off the pads by forcing them in. This is a safety liability if anything would’ve happened to my wife best believe I would’ve sued, after speaking with an attorney technically I still can sue due to the service and risking our lives due to the brakes being a huge safety factor in vehicles, but I’ll just get my bank to give me my money back, I even recorded a video of everything they did incorrectly. My personal mechanic even said a place that “specializes” in this type of work and couldn’t even do that right

Second time I've had to bring my car into them. First time for struts and now for motor mounts. Larry is super friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my car, order parts and got it to me next day. They are very honest and I highly recommend ?

If anyone goes there make sure you do not get Eli to serve in your vehicle extremely rude , I got 2 front tires on my car ,I spend 544 dollars . I presented a problem to the clerk the my back tires also was needing air and my dashboard of the vehicle also said. Went Eli knowing also he ignored it when he was asked to put air he got even more rude .I parked the vehicle sideways blocking other cars and went he got done putting air i was going to park correctly and he said rudely to me leave there and go inside to paid !!!he maybe thought I was going to run out without paying. I felt humiliated. The way he said it. (The lady was nice)

Terrible service....good luck getting them to honor the alignment warranty. They didn't honor mine because they insisted on up charging me for a silly inspection.....in a different area of the car that doesn't even get aligned lol!
When I spoke to the manager he was so confident that he was in the right that he just hardly listened to me. What I said to him went out the other ear.
My vehicle has a torsion beam setup in the rear and can't be aligned from factory, unless someone buys another torsion beam or messes around with camber toe shim kits. However, he insisted that my front alignment can't be done unless they inspected the rear of the vehicle.
This is standard procedure for most shops, but what doesn't make sense is not only is my rear non alignable, but there was 0 damage in the front and only a 2wheel front alignment can be done on my car!
It does not make any sense to charge a customer to inspect their vehicle for suspension/frame damage before you do an alignment...IF THE DAMAGE was in a section of a car that can't even get aligned nor does it connect to the parts that can get aligned!
But he insisted that I needed to pay him extra so his mechanic not work for free and inspect the area.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I called in to this place before .... the manager never mentioned that upcharge before to me when I was trying to get them to honor the alignment warranty.

Terrible service
Was asked to wait 40 minutes to get a tire patched…. I waited about 80 minutes the man in the front desk kept telling me I was next and the workers kept assisting customers who were came after me
