I never knew this place was here, I was sent there by a young man from ORIELLY’s AUTO STORE. We I went in every thing was nice and clean ? the young man at the front desk was so kind and very helpful. They were always on point. He was so sweet and funny at the same time ? in fact, I love this place so much I decided to make it my new tire spot!???????

Great job lancaster Tire Depot both locations worked together to get my tires the fast and friendly team got me in and out 4 tires alleinment with oil change in a hour and a half you guys are great thank you

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Made me wait 3 hrs to just tell me that my tire isn’t able to be fixed and that they recommended I buy all four new tires.

I normally come here for service on my car. Most of the time I deal with Terry who is amazing however, the last two times I’ve had to deal with I’m guessing new hires. I think the new girl name is Miranda or Marina but her customer service is horrible! If you go only deal with Terry!

American tire depot did an excellent job on the diagnostic of my car even though they didn't find anything wrong and they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. I would recommend them to anyone.
