Man they are awesome. Ricardo and Henry were so helpful and kind. As soon as I walked in they greeted me, and were at my service. Henry checked my battery for me. He then swapped it out with the new one, had me in and out in a total of maybe four minutes! My car started right up no problem. Thank you AV Battery Mart in Lancaster Ca on Ave I.I’ll always come back for service.

Went for a battery replacement on a VW Passat. They installed it backwards and fried my whole electrical system. Over $500 of work to get my car back running. Manager was completely rude and went from denying wrongdoing to maybe the corporate office will pay.Edit to update. Battery was installed backwards and then correctly installed. In my vehicle if the battery is connected incorrectly then attempted to be started it will cause severe damage to the main fuses. That's why I was able to drive off but my power steering, a/c, ACC (cruise control, emergency braking, safety signals) all were out. I drove for 30mins after the steering reset attempt before breaking down. I had my car towed to the VW dealership in Palmdale

We went into AV Battery Mart to find scooter batteries. Not only did they have them but they were able to put new ones in our case! This place has great service! They are very reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding. We have finally found a great place for our scooter batteries! Thank you AV Battery Mart for your excellent service!

Update 3-25-23: I purchased 6 new Golf Cart batteries, my old motor, and a sticking parking brake probably put the hurt on my 2018 golf cart batteries, and they still lasted 5 years, which is real good in my world. I bought (for my dog) 8v House Brand batteries (again) from Ricardo, and Henry...they gave me a good price, and are great people. Thank You Battery Mart (again).These guys are the Best. I bought (6) 8 volt batteries for my 48 volt golf cart in Nov 2018...and they are still going strong. But you need to stay up on the maintenance (for my type of batteries)...I let my batteries go dry (almost) ( no water but not dry...the cells were still moist)...I just filled the moist cells with distilled water, and they were as good as new. I recommend a Plews battery water filler....AV battery Mart my carry their own brand...(which may be better). Good prices and nice people...AV Battery Mart...It's who I call first.

Our car battery died, so we go a new battery from here. Highly recommend this place because the battery's are fairly priced also this place has free installments. Additionally has nice staff.
