“Have to say that Oren and the staff here in the rental department are beyond amazing!! The times I have had to have a rental (which haven’t been enjoyable being without my car) Oren has been beyond accommodating and made sure I was saved a vehicle to get as close to the size of my Yukon as possible!! I am thankful for them and have never had an issue or complaint about the rental department!”
“Wow, this place is great --- especially the Parts Manager Gary Stewart. I came in "hoping" to find a part for my 1965 International Harvester Scout 80. Gary overheard my conversation with the parts counter person, and Gary said (off the top of his head, yeah no computer), " he needs a 468438 and there is one in the back room on isle so and so......". and the parts counter person retrieved the part and it WAS THE PERFECT PART I NEEDED!! There has to be something great said about a business that hires, and maintains, people that have knowledge beyond what the computer knows and are willing to help those customers with unique/odd parts requests. I call the knowledge that Gary Stewart has "Gray Hair Knowledge" and any organization that still has staff like that is worth their weight in gold, well at least in my book. I wish I could give them $1,000's of dollars worth of business, but I most likely won't for my Scout 80 project, but it is nice to know that there is a business that still cares about the "little-guy" and that still employs knowledgeable employees!!”
“Very good place to stop for repairs, Jose got one of his guy to come out right away to fix my marker light problem and it was done promptly a fix another Ryder shop told they couldn't fix it. I highly recommend this shop”

“I came into the body shop after my truck got struck at a cooler lot by another “Professional Driver.” I was in quite the mood having gotten hit, but I had a great conversation with Adrian Cardona who kept things light and joked a bit. I really appreciate his ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while still getting the job done. His positive outlook and overall pleasant disposition boosted my attitude in a time when I needed it the most.”

“U-Haul is always there for you! 24-hours every day of the week. If there’s no one in the office there’s a website you can reserve or turn in your truck with your mobile phone. The prices are extremely fair and all you have to do is have a valid license. Seriously, U-Haul has gotten me or someone I know out of many situations just by being available. Thank God. Just do them right and they’ll never turn you away.”
