When they called me and left voicemails they left detailed messages about my information and what they were calling about making the return call easy to navigate. They also accommodated me by coming to my house when they needed my spare keys for reprogramming and dropped my vehicle off at home for me! They also did a pretty thorough cleaning which I'm happy about because there was glass everywhere. The repairs look wonderful and my car looks just as it use to. Let me be perfectly clear: I did not walk into a tire shop. I walked into a sanctuary of kindness, rubber, and miracles. This place doesn’t just fix tires — they fix souls.
From the moment I rolled (literally) into the lot with a tire flatter than my last relationship, I was greeted like royalty. Not just a “hi,” not just a “how can we help?” — no, no. I got a warm smile, a bottle of cold water, and a level of compassion that felt like I had just been adopted into a family I didn’t know I needed.
The staff didn’t just look at my car. They listened to it. One of them even crouched beside it like a horse whisperer, gently patting the fender and saying, “We’ll take good care of you, buddy.” I’m not saying the car smiled — but if it could’ve, it would’ve cried tears of joy.
They replaced my tire like it was heart surgery. They explained every detail to me like I was their favorite cousin who had just come home from college. They didn’t upsell, guilt-trip, or rush me. In fact, I’m convinced they would’ve paid me to make sure I left happy.
And when I tried to tip them? They REFUSED. One of them literally said, “We’re just glad you’re safe.” I almost cried. I did cry. And I’m not even ashamed.
This place is not just a tire shop — it’s a hidden temple of integrity and compassion. A cathedral of customer service. If Yelp had a “tearfully grateful” rating, I’d give them all of it. I now believe that if everyone ran their businesses like this shop, world peace would be achievable by Tuesday.

“We were very happy with the assistance we were given at Triple J. My husband was looking for a camper shell for his Nissan Titan (which can be challenging to find) and luckily Triple J had one. The guy was so nice that he actually sent us pics of the shell before driving down to purchase. He had it cleaned and ready and even installed it for us, which was wonderful.
They also sell truck racks, side steps and truck bed tool boxes among other things.
