“I love their clothing options. Saw there are deals going on at Kohls through some insta deals pages and went casually for window shopping. Guess what, purchased 10 tops(for myself and my hubby) and also glasses under clearance. With additional 50% discount, got all those stuff for just $156(tax included). There are price checkers in the store or else you can scan product barcode on kohls app for accurate prices after discount. Ample parking space. I went couple of times to use the parking space for car driving practice”
“The team at this location is super sweet. Even during the last few store hours, they were more than willing to go above and beyond to help up find what we needed despite the fact that they were looking forward to going home, but could not recover the store until the last customer left. They did not mind our presence and we certainly didn't feel rushed to make our final selections and just pay. They also had a great clearance section, and lots of cool old classic merchandise.”
“Great way to bargain shop and still get quality merchandise. There is an online ad pretending to be Macy's and offering items at extremely low prices with no intention to deliver any items. I believe it damages the Macy's brand.”

“I love shopping at Ross. I went to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers, and I didn't have time to shop, but I did pick up a charger for my phone next to the lockers, which are next to the cashiers. There was no one in line to check out so I walked up to the cashier and asked if she was open. She told me the line starts over there and had me go all the way around. By then, someone had gotten in line to check out, so I had to wait when I was in a hurry to pick up my granddaughter from school. She could have easily checked me out since no one was in Iine when I asked her. I know where the line starts, but if no one is in line, why do I have to go all the way around instead just getting check out? There wasn't even any customers checking out. rediculous!”
“I bought two pairs of Vans for work and Ash the manager had exceptional customer service. She did such an amazing job and hopefully the Vans manager will read this and give her game tickets or something. Outstanding customer service and great products at a fair price”

“Came in on 9.24.24 around 4pmish. Both women that were working were very helpful, not pushy but followed up in the dressing room. I liked that, there prices are so high though. Thank God for the cashier who offered the rewards program otherwise I wouldn't have left with anything. (Prices get a 1 star)”
“Store is inside Lakewood mall which is a major convenience. Selection is ample and pricing varies depending on the item but over all they have decent prices,
This store in my opinion has a little bit for everyone but it may be geared more towards young men.
Customer service is ok and can definitely be more friendly.
Make sure to stop by as there is something for everyone at every budget.”
