Pricilla helped me today. Helped me choose my outfit for a concert and also granted me my VIP discount of 15% which I had forgotten at home but since I’m a regular she remembered giving me the discount card. So nice of her. Thank you Priscilla.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the customer service or quality of the merchandise because the store simply smells bad.
The smell of old frying oil ( maybe from the potato place around the corner?) permeates the place. I walked in and had to walk right back out again.
I'm surprised I didn't see it mentioned in these reviews and I feel bad for the people who worked there.

Had a great experience shopping for some new professional and chic clothes. Jocelyn was super sweet and very helpful, making it a pleasant experience trying on in the fitting room. They had some really nice deals and will definitely be coming back to this location again!

lousy service the store may be fine but the service is terrible I went to buy and they accused me of being a thief coming to the guards to look at my bags and when they saw that I had nothing or an apology Miss Kristina took care of me and accused me of being a very rude thief My privacy was violated and they unfairly accused me when I bought in their store a waste of time.

Very organized store compared to other Windsors I've been too. I was looking for an outfit for a concert and luckily Judith was able to help me. She was very patient with me. Definitely recommend coming into this Windsor because you will receive great customer service. Thank you to Judith for helping me look for an outfit !

Took my daughter to get a prom dress and after looking at several stores she found the perfect dress here! Beautiful selection and good prices too.will highly recommend.

I was impressed with the sales representative Judith at Windsor . I was in Windsor on 12/29/22 looking for a last-minute New Year's Eve dress. She was very attentive , patient and helpful. Judith provided me with a five star experience, and I am grateful for that. Since the pandemic, I feel that customer service has gone way down . Judith provided me with the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I wish there were more people like Judith in the world.

There is is this woman named Valerie and she is just so damn good at her job. She helped me find what I needed and she has an amazing attitude! That smile helps her too i just want to eat her up like a vanilla ice cream on a july afternoon. 5/5
