First time Ive been in the store and honestly I was blown away. It's clearly an old Costco inside but it's been converted into a giant supermarket.
The first thing you'll notice is the prices, especially on things like produce are dramatically less than even Walmart. Every paper and canned good has a WinCo generic brand for a fraction of the price. They also sell cat food, bird seed, granola and cooking supplies in bulk. They even managed to sneak in a honey/peanut butter maker from when Whole Foods was actually worth it.
And then there are the employees. A quick Google tells me the entire store is employee owned and operated. The employees, accordingly don't have the walking dead look like Vons or Target workers do. They are actually quite cheerful and helpful. The whole place gives off vibes of what grocery stores were like in the 80s, but with less cigarette smoke.
5/5 will be returning.

One of the very few standing 24 hour stores. Can always count on this location to be there for my middle of the night needs. I love their front end where they have seasonal items for good prices. Only thing that is not shopable is the medicine and cosmetic aisles. I think that aisle is only open from 8am to 8pm due to high theft during the night and early morning. So if you need medicine or toiletries, try the 24 hour walgreens up the street.
Still love this store. Employees are always helpful and respectful.

(With an open lane available, the red-haired employee chose to shoot behind me and continued to glare instead of processing my purchase. She showed enthusiasm in helping other customers and conversing with her coworker, but her behavior towards me was characterized by meanness and shadiness.)
Employee Jennifer displayed rudeness during our interaction as she gave me a dismissive look, seemingly presuming I didn't speak English fluently.
08/22/20224 to 4 to 5 pm. MONDAY
Should check Camara it will show proof I put in 5 dollar, but manger not there so I lost my money.
The self check out sucks, I pay my cash item and it took my 5 dollars. Never given change back I finally got help waiting 1 and 30 min to get any help. I had pay my debit card. The lead person went to make a copy and she told me have to wait for a call because they have to make sure that I pay 5 dollar. The worst part is someone will take my money, his or her change will come out n my money will also come out. They need to do better job communicating to customers but employees have a bad attitude they don't wanna to help nor apologize for me waiting so long.
Associate at self check out she rolls her eyes while helping me and sharing at me none stop without saying anything. She has purple long black braids.
Customer service:
Employee at the customer service was very very rude when she hand the customers money order she tapping the paper and look annoyed at me without a word because think in her small brains I don't speak English and , if I wasn't with the customer I would walk away with the money order. Her lead supervisor didn't do anything she just let her do what ever she wants. They are both arrogant and aggressive.

I’m a local and I shop at winco weekly. The biggest failure for Winco is not accepting Apple Pay. They’re so busy not wanting to pay the fees to apple. But think of the amount of customers you have apple phones and utilize Apple Pay. Think about the customers who go to the other stores and leave because if the inconvenience. You’re losing by being cheap. Y’all should Reconsider. I was in the store just last week and I over heard a random shopper asks an enployee in the produce dept if you guys accepted Apple Pay. The young man said no man am. I just looked knowing you guys don’t. Sometimes I tend to forget. But I remember then think about it being a huge inconvenience.

Been coming here since it first opened back on October 16, 2011 i want 2 say it was a Sunday because it felt like if i was going to church...but environment is very neutral and has a lot of home goods that I need all in one place, very convenient. 1 thing that i wiĺl never get tired of seeing is that beautiful smile on that overnight shift cashier who's been there for quiet some time now kinda looks like she has some type of pacific islander in her but is completely far from there in fact she's central american i wanna say...correct me if I'm wrong please

By it being a 24 hours store, it's easy to get in and out of without having to wait in a long line. I appreciate you WinCo Foods.

Very ghetto experience ever time I visit this store , I think the only reason it survives because it’s open 24/7 hrs. I literally called ahead to make sure the seafood departments closes at a certain time to get there 10 minutes before 8 to be rejected service. Instead of Carmen stating that on the phone she decides to say I say you just walk up here you should’ve came here first because she assumed I was with the other black girls that had been standing there prior !! So don’t expect them to honor their hours or customer service standards. I would say it was one person who saw it wasn’t 8 and wanted to go get the things I was trying to get but Carmen stopped her. Thanks Carmen for telling me over the phone you close at 8 but actually you close 10 minutes early according to the lead clerk saphir.
