Felt as if I was walking in line to join the Army . The security Lady was way too pushy and over doing the Covid drills . I understand I get it I also like to follow the rules and be safe but it can be pushed to far. This lady gets in your face loud and keeps staring you down makes everyone uncomfortable she made me angry the tone she used to talk to me . Some one in management needs to talk to her to tone the voice base down she way too aggressive. I spoke with window cashier James who just didn’t care at all. Any ways that’s my experience at this branch .

Long wait line out the door with only two tellers.Update 3 weeks later still another line.

You are unable to go into the bank and do any transactions other then deposit or withdraw. Must make an appointment for anyting else and the appointment's ate a week or more. Do better Wells Fargo.

Mario Alvarez really did a bad costumer service.I wanted to tranfer a large amount tranfer and He just had an attitude like he owns the world.I have no idea how people like that can climb the ladder.Really sad.I just had a feeling about this person.
