Took my car in to get a set of tires and came out with a dent on my bumper as well. Got a good deal but it's Walmart, you get why you pay for and it's definitely not customer service

This is my go-to Walmart for years. I love the new layout and organization. I recently purchased a mini Vanilla cake for a relative. It was only $5.98. They loved the cake. It was really moist and delicious. Whoever made it did a really great job. It even tastes better than other pricier cakes we've had. The bakery staff were very friendly. I was helped by the Team Lead Alex and another staff (I am not sure what their name was). I liked how this Walmart's bakery writes on the cakes. Some places do not provide this accomodation.

I feel like Walmarts unfairly get a bad rep.. the long lines to check out. So many items locked up and it takes forever for someone to come and get the item you need. Sometimes it brings unique characters. lol But I too, have a love hate relationship with Walmart. However, they usually have what I need and at a price that helps my budget. For me the big thing is the parking.. there is usually enough but I feel like you end up parking pretty far since everyone wants the front parking spaces. It's Always busy This Lakewood location isn't the nearest one for me but I do like coming here since it has a garden section and oil change place which I like. You can get your oil change or new tires while you shop and your car will be ready once you're done! Today I just bought a few items ( corkscrew $10 and fruit scrubber $5) and did self checkout which was nice and fast and I was able to get out fast and easy. Usually when I come though I do purchase more household items or groceries. I'll always keep Walmart as a go-to especially when I'm in a jam!

I've gotten walmart delivery from here twice now. The first time I had an order of around 10 items and 2 were missing even though my order said it was fulfilled online. They were pretty cheap items so I let it go thinking it was human error. I ordered again on a Sunday and picked Monday delivery around 7pm. My order didn't arrive when it said. I eventually got an email that my order would be delayed by 2 hours (arriving at 9pm) I continued to wait and it never arrived at all that night. Tuesday morning I woke up and had no updated email or estimated delivery time and still no order. I called the store multiple times and NO ONE picked up. I couldn't even get ahold of different departments like the electronics or anything. Eventually I called the customer service number and the guy I talked to was very helpful. He had to tell them to fulfill my order and eventually it was delivered on Tuesday night at like 6pm. It was so wild to me that no one cared to do anything except the customer service guy that isn't even local to this area. DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!

Do Not Buy any kind of Gift card at Any Walmart!! Your money will be stolen and there is No one to help you! Visa Giftcards have the pin scratched off so cannot be used!! When you call to request a new one they will hang up on you after they get most crucial information! I will sue Walmart, and I am not the only, their manager did not want to do anything, but I paid Walmart and I have the receipt, Breach of Contract!! Check Photo

Jesse V. the technician who handled the Service setup, Upper Lube Tech and Courtesy Tech was excellent. Jesse V. Made my experience for my automotive oil change worth choosing Walmart as the place to go. The wait was perfect, service exceptional, and Jesse was courteous. Employees like Jesse make Walmart automotive center stand out above their competitors. Thank you Walmart!

This Walmart sucks when picking up the phone, I called 4-5 times trying to talk to customer service to make sure an item I wanna return is eligible for that before I make the 20 minute drive out of my way to go over there. But no answer!! Called 4-5 times & even tried calling two other departments in hopes i could be transferred to customer service & not one of my calls were answered.

Lousy customer service. Never answered phones. Just let them ring and disconnect the customer, after sent money via wire to be picked up by some one who was told the system was locked. Spent hours with this mess and still waiting to get response and person left without getting the funds fir no good reason. Should get 10 negative stars.

stop going to this walmart months ago, self checkout treated like i'm stealing. i spend god knows a lot of money at walmart lots. there was one incident the store clerk at self checkout came up to me and said you have to pay for that what the??? she gone crazy i wasn't finished with my transitions period this wasn't the first time i had problems with her she literally single me out. i did tell the manager i was p ??!!!!!!?????? she literally tapping on my back you got pay for that, she physically put her hands on me. like i said i was p?????????! imagine what i was thinking????!!! i went to the manager. i making transactions on the machine the basket not move one inch.

Horrific! I called this specific Walmart to see if they had a certain popular toy in stock. I was informed by another store that this one had several in stock. Called and this individual confirmed that they had 10 on the floor and 4 in the back. Due to my previous experience at the Downey Walmart, I asked if it would be possible to reserve it. The individual said no but pretty much guaranteed the toy would be available for me to purchase. I told the person about my previous experience at the Downey Walmart, and he pretty much said that that would not be the case at this store. So I quickly hopped in the car and drove to the Long Beach Town Center Walmart. And you could probably guess what I found...NOTHING! Not even one of this particular toy anywhere despite several individuals helping me to locate it. Something interesting that the one person said was that they went into the back, asked the person back there about the toy, and the person in the back said they didn't have it however the person in the back never checked the pallets. Just quickly said they didn't have any. Interesting This is now the second Walmart store that said they have the item--actually double digit amounts of this particular toy--but none could be located. If the system said one or two available and none could be located, I could understand. But 14 and none could be located. Doesn't seem right. I only went to Walmart just because it's the only place that supposedly carries this toy. I guess I will have to find another way of getting this toy. I wished target or another company would carry this item. It would make life so much easier. Oh and this toy is the Little Tikes Story Dream Machine. Yes...the one that went viral a couple months ago. Now it makes one wonder especially because the holiday season is upon us.

13:40:43 on Oct 3,2023 The associate checked the receipt. When I handed her my receipt, she didn't want to look at my receipts, she walked back so she won't be near me. She checks everyone receipt. She acts very prejudiced against people from different backgrounds. Is not that hard to be nice, but it is easier to rude and prejudice against people who are minorities. The associate walked around, pushing the chart and pretending to do something, but he was listening to my conversation.

terrible security guard tells me and my mother in law to shut up. i come here to do shopping and instacart here. i just only got dropped off at the front of the store. to have the security and a worker staring at my mother in law and didn't wanna say anything to our face.

Avoid the mobile order pick up option. I was thinking it would be faster but the employee struggling by himself told me the "help" he was supposed to have was on LUNCH. I was waiting for 40 minutes before I got my items
