do not order online delivery ! they get it wrong every time !!! they do not care at all , I have called and complained and all they can say is sorry for that and have a nice day.... so I go to ralphs instead ...

I drive all the way from Pico Rivera because this Vons has such a great selection of foods my child has food allergies and I find all her products here, customer service was amazing, I visit every Sunday and I always go to the deli for fresh cut meat, never had a problem, until recently the past few weeks, the workers walk in and out as you wait for someone to help you they do not even acknowledge you to say they will be right with you, I worked in a very busy ralphs deli and I know how busy they get but at least acknowledge a wating customer today is the last day I come here, I waited 10 Minutes at the sandwich area no acknowledgement, meats and veggies, were out on counter, finally a women with glasses says from across the way the sandwich bar is closed its broken, you can get already made sandwiches in the cooler, I was upset because they made me wait just to say it was broken they had no sign up stating it was closed or broken, when I walk over to the sandwiches in the cooler they only had 1 sandwich that was dated with use by November 5, I walked out, I belive customer service is so important to keep people coming back.
