This place harasses you for taking money out of your account. Continuously month after month I am harassed by their employees at this location and the location on Gridley, despicable place. I am sick of this treatment and will be pulling ALL my money out immediately and moving to another bank!

This bank sucks and is racist !!! Do not due business with this company . They take money out of your account for no reason and when questioned they go around the answer. They closed my savings without notifying me . They charge you for everything also I had fraud going on for 4 months they only paid for one claim and the fraud was from the same merchant . They refused to pay the big amount and only paid me for 1 out of 7 claims from the same venue. I was banking with them for over 20 years and this is what I get . Out of 20 years I claim fraud 1 time and didn't get reimbursed! The claims department sucks too. This place needs to be Audited by the IRS or better business bureau . I believe they are stealing from customer every chance they get . Went to close my account and of course I OWED them 52 dollars. Then they said if I didn't pay they would hold my funds hostage! Whatta joke !! BEWARE of fraud and scams have a blessed day !!!! All this all happen during pandemic and holidays u think they would have sum moral ethics nope unethical immoral. Disgusting behavior

Service slow and work system sucks, if u wanna close then tell the new customer or stop taking waiting line earlier than u close a bit .not tell the costumer that have been waiting in line for awhile that u guys will be closed so if it's not their turn yet then too bad . Wth

DO NOT BANK WITH UNION BANK!! We opened our business and personal accounts with them in February of 2019 and I have been on the phone (and ENDLESS hours of being on hold) to fix problems with them just about every month since. Their technology is archaic. I have been on hold with them right now with different reps on and off for over an hour. I am on now with a supervisor. Yesterday I was able to make mobile deposits from my phone and today it says "my accounts don't qualify for Mobile Banking" and that I need a checking or savings account for this option. Well I have THREE checking accounts with them and NOBODY can figure out how to get this feature activated again. So I can't make any deposits into my accounts. VERY VERY frustrating. SO PLEASE take my word for it. Go somewhere else for your banking. It will save you HOURS of being on hold and will eliminate an immense amount of stress!

The cerritos branch did not help me and ask me if I don't mind to leave and do it by myself!! The senior branch manager from the Cerritos branch did not even know how to handle my case. But the Lakewood branch actually seat and called to check on how to endorsement sign my check!! She called and waited to get an answer and she consistently updated me. Really happy and thankful on how she was willing to really help me.

After banking with them for over 30 yrs, they closed out my account & said they don't have to give a reason. I just deposited $6800 & I received a letter saying, they are closing my account on 9/23/19 . Bad business

We like this Branch the best after visiting most of all the Union Banks.The people that work here are very friendly and efficient they really know what they're doing and they don't waste any time opening up another window if it gets crowded . It's not like some other Banks I used to bank at where the employees would just pretend to be busy while knowing that they could open up another window if they wanted to. My last visit there 2 weeks ago. It was very quick I was in and out in 3 minutes and there is nobody in line at 5:30 on a Friday and there is still plenty of parking in the center. They are on the south east corner of South Street and Woodruff so the easiest way to enter is to go north on Woodruff Boulevard turning right into the Center before South Street or heading East on South Street turning right into center after passing Woodruff Avenue

Don't use your ATM/ credit card to pay for a deposit of services because if the company you pay fails to do the job union bank will not get your money back for you. What is the sense to have a credit card if the bank won't stand behind it . Customer service at union bank no stars.

Takes 25K total of savings and checking and money market account to get free checking and they still do not pay any interest on you saving. So you can have $24,999 of your money in their system and you still pay the Union bank to use it. You money should work for you not for the Bank. Too much Overhead is not your problem.
