Unfortunately I’ve bought all of my scrubs here - until today! Shame on me I didn’t inspect them before purchasing. I took the tags off tried them on at home - they didn’t fit, put them right back in the bag to exchange for another size with the tags and original receipt - they refused to exchange them (they had what looks like a little smudge of something around the knee - easily wiped off). Customer service ZERO!

Convenient store with a diverse selection of scrubs. Their friendly staff (Valentine, Emily, and Alex) are truly knowledgeable of the store's selection and can answer any of your questions effortlessly. Can't recommend this location enough!

I have to say the 5 star review is for the customer service. Emily was amazing helping me. Jovanna was nice too. Both very pleasant and helpful considering they themselves were dealing with an IT system that was down and has been for over two days. UA should have this fixed by now. These girls are working alone with a busy store and hand writing everything. They’re doing amazing and keeping a smile on their faces, but they should have extra staff to help them. There’s no reason for this store to not have this problem fixed. Will this continue throughout the weekend? Causing extra stress on the staff during the busiest times? I love this store and the employees are always excellent and provide help immediately and never made you feel like a burden. They deserve all the best. I hope their coffees are always good and their pillow always cold. Uniform advantage makes enough cash money to give them some sort of bonus for working through this system downtime. Give them a paid day off. Give them more money. Show them appreciation. Thank you for reading. Thank you to the girls who were patient and kind.

UA was recommended by fellow staff members with recommendation to visit store as each brand of scrubs may fit differently. It was a little bit of commute but well worth the time.
Found the perfect fit and the gentleman that was working was very attentive and was willing to assist as needed. At check-out he offered the latest promotion and also completed a stamp card. 3 sets of comfortable scrubs reasonably priced. I will always go directly to store vs. buying online as like to try on and feel the fabric. I would definitely return to UA for future purchases and highly endorse UA Lakewood.

About 3 weeks ago I decided to get some scrubs and went into the store. I have trouble buying scrubs because I'm bigger and not all stores accommodate.
I finally found the brand I like and they fit Yeah!
When I went up to pay the clerk at the time she wasn't very personable but it's ok you just need you to scan the item and take payment.
But even that was difficult. The sale item was buy one and get one of the same for free and since I was buying a top and a bottom she wanted to give me the top for free and the bottom at full price. I said no I'll lose about $15 if I do that so I rather buy the pants by themselves and get a free pair of pants by themselves and then order the tops and get this top sent to me. If her face could speak , she couldn't understand why I didn't want to just lose the $15 and have to make two different transactions. I walked out and said to myself, She should not work the floor.
5-4 I returned to the store simply because I was at the plaza. I walked in to ask for an update. Same Clerk . She stated to me our policies for us to call you if you received a call and I said no then she says that answers your question. I pressed kindly that I wanted an update but she stated if we did not call you your items are not here. I left wanting to get a refund but I didn't.
Friday May 10th 130 pm
I go to the store its the same clerk that did the transaction
She asked me why I was there and I proceeded to let her know my order was wrong .
She looked at my receipt. The receipt matches the item I told her she input incorrectly . She did have the recognition she was the one who helped me with the initial transaction.
Three times during my interaction with her she did not use vulgar words but she made it seem like I was trying to return items that were my mistake of order.
During this time my original receipt was misplaced on top of her cash register and what I wanted was a refund. She said if you don't have the receipt we cannot refund you …..
Her body language made it seem like I was there trying to return random items so that I may get a cash refund and steal from the store.
She found the original receipt on top of her register and then continued to make the refund and said thank you. My apologies.
She never acknowledged that she made a mistake during her ordering of my scrub tops. She never sincerely apologized for misplacing the original receipt and accusing me of trying to just to steal.
Let me tell you who I am
My name is Mr. Garcia because my Medical students call me that . Our campus provides training for CNAs LVN PCS MA’S and other medical support teams.
We train over 300 students a year. Not only was I looking for a place to buy scrubs by myself but somewhere I can recommend to my students to go purchase their uniforms and supplies

Racist Latina employees. We had been to this store two years before and had a positive experience but this time the experience was terrible. Those two working on Sunday, March 24, 2024, were awful. The scrub company Jaanuu recommended this store on their website, so we expected quality here. When entering the store to purchase scrubs (we were carrying a sample of scrub bottoms to find a scrub top to match), we were promptly ignored by the one who looked like an unmade bed from head to toe. Others who looked like the employees were greeted with a "welcome" as they entered the store. The one who looked like an unmade bed did not bother to assist us but was so eager to find things for people who looked like her. When we approached the counter, the one with the double chin frowned at us. We told her that we did not want a refund but was looking to purchase some scrubs. She told us something unintelligible, was not helpful; we went to look ourselves. We then left. Unprofessional. Lazy.
Bigoted. Unkempt. Terrible customer service.

I bought about $200 worth of scrubs online that I needed for a new job. They delayed my order and didn't ship my items for almost 2 weeks. I had to go buy scrubs elsewhere and when I went to return my order they made me pay for the return shipping.

Just awful. I spoke to a gentleman that was very nice, I emailed my business name and website to have embroidered onto lab coats, he informed me if I spend $300, embroidery was free. I arrived and asked for him, the people there looked at me as if I was from outer space, said he's out to lunch.... okay, they then ignored me. The one girl finally asked, reluctantly, do you need help, I said yes please. She then proceeded to oh so slowly come over to do her job.I just opened my business, I have never bought lab coats or scrubs.... She was very rude, unhelpful and upset that I was making her do her job.I took lab coats to the dressing room, on the way I saw a cute scrub set on a manican. I asked her if I could try this on in my size, large top, medium pants. Man oh man, was she pissed, how dare I make such a request. She, of course, brought me the wrong sizes.As I was trying stuff on, I was walking out towards the counter and asking what she thinks, does this fit properly, this girl obviously hates her job. So there was a gentleman gathering hangers, by the dressing room, so I started asking him, how things fit on me. He seemed a little shy, so I walked back out by the counter and there was NO ONE to be found.I went back to the dressing room and asked the hanger man, where did she go? He said ' she went on break' Are you kidding me....I will not spend $300 in a place where I am obviously not appreciated...Take your money where you are appreciated as a customer. STOP Bowing down to these businesses that hire people that could care less if you choose their business to spend your hard earned money with them.
