Horrible place nasty attitudes, they take advantage of customers in need , there is no good customer service here the energy is nasty, and confident, two traits that are absolute horrible for running a business that serves the public,,You want to be treated kindly or at least fair, GO TO 1 stop wireless in Fullerton California ,,they have a 4.3 in ratings and offer you top dollar for your devices even broken ones,, also they have excellent customer service

This place will low ball you from the start! Dont be afraid to walk away as there is kiosk that buys phones in the Lakewood mall too. I was offered $20 for an iPhone 6 Plus with working but cracked screen.
