“Cannot say enough good things about Mac’s Automotive.

I own a Jeep Wrangler JK and unfortunately I had the bad fortune of taking it to another shop that butchered my intake manifold threads, installed a non-OEM fuel injector, broke parts, etc. True nightmare of a wack job.

Tony, Mac, and their crew were as professional as it gets. Not only did they provide top customer service at every stage, but Mac and his crew were generous enough to explain and show me the aftermath the prior shop had done, clearly making an effort to be transparent on the investment I was about to make to fix the prior wacko service on my engine. Communication was 10/10.

If you want to play roulette with a mechanic go pick whichever 4-5 star auto shops out there (what I unknowingly did), but if you want reliability, expertise, and professionalism, Mac’s Automotive are your guys. Thank you Mac, Tony, and Crew, you guys rock.”

A special shout out to the mechanic (I didn’t get his name but he has gauges) who waited over an hour after for the right part to get delivered and ensure the issue was resolved. “I cannot say enough good things about the mechanics at the 76 station on Bellflower and Del Amo. Been dealing with an interior leak for ages, and I figured out it was the AC drain that was clogged. Took it in today, and they put it right on the lift, cleared it in 5 minutes, about a gallon of water came out and required clean-up in their shop, and they didn't charge me at all. I had to fight them to take a $20 tip. Really great guys, always take great care of our cars.We took the 1999 4Runner in, for what was quoted at another place to be an ignition issue, going to cost $500 or so, and they figures out that wasn't the issue at all. $150 out the door.These people are honest, fast, and super nice.”
