Back to school shopping Time!Very disappointed there's 2 dressing room and only 1 is available because it's either being used as storage and blocked by alot of boxes. Knowing it's Back to School time and they'll be getting a large crowd they would have it available. Waiting in the line for the dressing room felt like I was waiting in line for a theme park ride.Definitely need to do better.Workers are great, kind, and very helpful.

If I could give this Children's Place zero stars I would. I called in advance, letting the employee and the store manager know that I am 37 weeks pregnant, on bed rest and unable to pick up my order. They refused to extend the pick up so I sent my husband to pick up the order. My husband, with the same last name, spent 40 minutes in the store showing Brisa the email confirmation, order number and us logging into the app to prove that the order was ours. Brisa refused to give him the order because my ID was not present. And continued to say that the person who put in the order should've came in to get it. We tried adding an alternative pickup person and was unable to at that time. Brisa and Sabrina, the store manager, was the two most heartless individuals i've ever dealt with in customer service. The service was absolutely terrible and they gave ZERO solutions to help us. I would not waste your time and energy walking into this store. Listen to the other reviews because their customer service is horrendous.

Everytime i go to this store, i think shes the manager with Red Hair , she has a bad attitude and if she doesnt like her job she needs to find a New one. The Store is Excellent and also the quality of the clothes, but i dont want to go back to this store because of the attitude this Manager has towards the people shopping there. I hope the owners or corporate sees this message and at least give them some feedback on this.

stay away from this location the empl are rude af and unpro I walked into their empty store to pick up an online order and 3 rude ass employees one of them being the manager couldn't be bothered to stop their personal conversation to greet me or offer some help. then while I'm asking questions and attempting to get store info the manager is cutting me off being short and rude and interrupting me. whoever is in charge of staffing needs to do better customer service SUCKS here

Horrible, horrible service. I see why this place has 2 stars. Yesterday on the 2nd we went shopping looking at a jacket for my daughter. We saw they were on sale and had decent price but when we asked the associate Laura for help she had a nasty attitude. When we asked to check for a size and Laura stated what we have is what we have. So we asked to check another location which she fired back "it's going to be the same" We pushed that they check and she did. When they indeed did not have any she said "yeah, thought not. " Look I understand it was a shot in the dark but service is service and that is a horrible way to promote your service. I work in a service industry and treating people that way is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Martha was a beyond and extremely kind employee. I love how she went the extra mile to help us. My baby sister is starting school late & of course it's out of season right now; however, she went into the back to grab us all the sizes she could find. Thank you for your help Martha!

They didn't give me a full refund even though they had a receipt and the cashier made BS excuses as to why she couldn't give me my refund. My package also came after my original expected delivery date, which is why I didn't need the package anymore and why I wanted a refund.

The sales associates were rude! i picked up my order that i ordered with my brothers account, they said they could only gove it to me if i had my id, so I told them I had it in the car & I would go get it. so im waiting in line and i hear the cashir that told me to get my id telling the other gorl to bring out my order, she comes up to me to see my order number and I tell her I have my id, she says I dont need it! I tell her so then why would the other girl make me go get it to my car and shes says well she needs it. so she gives me my order and im still in line and she says if you dont need anything else then thats all .... they made me walk all the way to my car so in the end they can tell me no we dont need your id. wtf plus this childrens place is always a disaster!! im never shooping here again your customer service sucks!

i came here for my kids back to school shopping & never again. it was a huge mess, don't waste your time. beside all of the piles of clothes all over the floor & table.. the walls were empty with no merchandise. while i was shopping i saw an associate pick up a pile off the floor & shove it into a nearby shelf lol no thanks. i left with no merchandise. other surrounding stores are better than this one.

This place looks like a tornado just went through...every time I've ever been here. Line barely moves. Took 30 minutes of waiting to do a return.. and that was with about 10 people ahead of me and 3 cashier's at a time. Never coming here again!!!!

The photos posted on yelp a year ago are still true. I couldn't believe it. It looked like a hurricane came through this store. I was in around lunchtime on a Monday and I couldn't believe the district office wouldn't shut the store down and make the employees work until they took pride enough in their store to make it presentable for their guests. It was in an embarrassing disarray, I have no idea why anyone was shopping in the store. It was worse than a Ross. The Belmont Shore location was never this bad. Also the prices for Children's Place are substantially lower online and they ship for free. Save yourself a headache and skip this store.
