My dogs have been groomed by Lynda for many years. Even before she went to Sudsy Dog. She's a professional and takes her job seriously. Has been gentle with all that I have brought to her and she listens when I want it short or long (my daughter is picky). With the advance booking system it works out great. I highly recommend.

No more self service dog wash. They need to remove everything related to self wash so google doesnt point you in their direction

My two dogs, Bentley and Maui, have been getting groomed at Sudsy Dog for a couple of years now. Lynda does a phenomenal job with them every time! She is so patient, thorough, and truly cares about the health and well-being of the dogs she grooms. Lynda's work and personality is exceptional, and Bentley and Maui always leave looking handsome and feeling happy.

It's impossible to make an appointment. Great for her and her business, but the owner or whoever answers the phone needs better customer service. Quite honestly, she could say. "I don't have anything available at the moment, but if we have a cancellation I would love to accommodate you." That would make all the difference. Just moved to the area and I'm looking for a new groomer she lost my business, not that she needs it since she's SO BUSY.

Business refuses to update yelp page. They don't offer self serve washes and they don't do large dogs.

This was my first time using this Groomer. It was also my first time taking my dogs to a Groomer as I have always done it myself. 5 years. Due to an accident I had it was easier for me to let someone else do it! We did have to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but it was well worth it. Obviously my dogs were nervous and did make some noise. Unfortunately one member of staff made a comment about that which didn't put me at ease. Yazmin took our details and I gave her our shampoo that we use as they have sensitive skin, and I gave her some of their treats "just in case" lol They were groomed and ready within 3 hours. I went to pick them up and they were both in a cage waiting for me They looked beautiful. The cut and shape was exactly what I was asking for. I don't know who groomed them but they did a great job. Thank you. Smaller dog was $60 the larger $70 and I tipped $40 for both dogs The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the incident stated above. I would recommend this Groomer based on the work they did for my pets

My dog is a rescue, so while booking a new grooming place, I always let them know my situation. Mylo is not the easiest dog to deal with, so when I got a call an hour in to pick him up , because he was "super difficult", I completely understood. My issue is that she wanted $35 for a simple bath. He was soaking wet as well upon pick up according to my brother. Such a shame and ripoff.

Been going here for a while and now I will never be going back.. I left my dogs there to get groomed and I come back to pick them up and I knew one of my dogs wasn't right.. they were telling us about one of the dogs anxiety and he's not known to be a anxious dog.. so something must've been wrong.. anyways they tried sweet talking us about our dogs before we left unlike they've ever done before, we get home and we check one of our dogs and we notice 2 6-INCH SCRATCHES ON HIS STOMACH!!! Not some little scratch, enough to rip his fur off and draw a little bit of blood.. they couldn't even tell us???? Instead they try to sweet talk us to try to cover it up??? It might not have been on "purpose" but that is like leaving your child at a daycare and they come home with 2 6-inch scratches... WTF???? If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never going back again!!!

My family has always brought our pets here and have been satisfied. All of a sudden they are too busy and can't even schedule an appointment. They actually refused to make an appointment. Don't be surprised if you get canceled last minute if you end up getting one booked. It seems they don't appreciate their customers anymore. I'll bring my pets elsewhere
