Had amazing customer service with Luis! He started my new account so fast and I was here for only like 20 minutes. We also had to cancel the prior account my old roommate was on first, get new equipment and input my low income discount and I was still only there for less than 30 minutes. I've gone through such a hassle before doing the same thing and it took forever, with not good customer service. This was such a relief for me. Thank you Luis, you are awesome at your job and great with customers. My WiFi is working great too and it was so easy to set up and make an online account.

The 800 number told me to go to the Lakewood store to get their broken internet box replaced. I did and the guy at the store so they don’t have any for Lakewood… in the Lakewood store. They said they had no way to see who had one just go to other stores!!!!

I arrived and sat and waited an hour and fifteen minutes while the associates were busy with other customers, now I'm the last person in the store - associate approached me and asked how he could help me, I told him, and then he proceeded to inform me the store just closed and I would have to return during store hours. ARE YOU PEOPLE SERIOUS?!!

I visited this store twice after being directed by customer service to exchange my defective CABLE RECEIVER. Day one I had no appointment and at arrival my wait time was no problem. The item I needed was not available , but I was assured it would be available the coming morning; again no problem. The assistant was very helpful and courteous.Day two if made an appointment. Arriving on time and checking in my name was at the top of the list; first in line for the next available assistant.The wait was short and my name was called. As I walked toward the assistant, another customer ( not in the queue as next) approached the assistant before I could. As I approached the desk, I questioned “ok , who is it ?”The assistant took the other customer before me . Granted, the tone of my question was strong, but cutting line and then being accepted is not respectful to me.When the assistant motioned to me to come to the desk, I told her I’d returned to exchange the Receiver because it was not available the day before. She DID NOT APOLOGIZE for the disrespect shown to me by her not asking the other customer to wait.she ask if I wanted “..the same unit …” I said it doesn’t matter. Her reply was “..that’s good.” .Our interaction from there went down hill to the point she told me “..treat others how you want to be treated.”Yes I was short with my comments ,but the more I tried to work the interaction out , the more she failed to allow me the courtesy and understand “ the customers POV.” We finally got to the point where I abruptly told her “now your ticking me off”. I left the store.Customers are never always right, but respect , understanding and negotiation is always a solution . Preaching to a customer is non of those customer satisfaction tools.3 stars for the store - stocking problem?1 star for the “customer assistant”- not following procedures, processes,and failure to respect the customer.I’m 3+ times her age and at least 3 times her age in customer service.Bad day for both of us!

My daughter was given the wrong equipment at the Downey location..so we went into the bellflower store on candlewood..that was the worst customer service I've ever experienced..when I voiced the issue and told the guy if I have to come back I'm not gonna be happy .. the worker Adrian royston got verbally abusive and became irate to the point we were about to throw hands ...I only hope this man is removed from working with the public..also Jackie Garcia worker was very unprofessional, as well ... From what I read on here this location needs to be shut down due to lack of quality employees...

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Do NOT take your business to these people. Unless you want to be harnessed and treated like dirt. Why don’t the employees at this location wear name tags? Because they know their behavior is unacceptable and borderline illegal and don’t want to be reported. They advertise 1 gb/s internet. Ask them what the upload speed is….. 35 mb/s or lower. The advertisement is extremely misleading. No where do they say the upload speed…. The “employee” needs to be fired and or reprimanded. I called and filed a former complaint with Spectrum’s corporate office.

I hear a lot of people complain about this store is spectrum over here in Clark thing is my second thing over here look like it when they see me they they got only two guys soon while the guy was on the phone the other one with a customer then one went inside and the other one soon finish with the customer he just went inside somewhere it was nobody there that's very very unprofessional they don't take care of the people coming into look like a ghost I have to leave and take off

There kiosk payment system is always down or not taking cash so I have to wait to pay at the register now twice I've come in and they can't take cash at all this store is always having some kind of problem

You go in to ask about your plans for a new promotional price, and they can't and will not do anything!! Just tell you to call a phone number ?Update on 4/24/23, we called and "No" new promotional prices but our bill is going UP $$ and our discount is going down $. What a great deal we got ? or not!!!

I cannot say how grateful and thankful I am for Lis and Juan (Lakewood office on Candlewood) My husband and I had a wonderful experience and both Lis and Juan teamed up to provide excellent service and a wonderful plan for my family and I. If I could give 110 stars for the 110% satisfaction for the exceptional service provided I would. I would truly recommend Spectrum Mobile for savings/plan services.Thank you both so much

Totally under staffed and slow. Some nice people but set your expectations as far a wait time and then double that. Some pretty irritated people all experiencing the same excessive wait time.
