I went in for an upgrade, but when I was asking questions I was receiving an attitude from two women, one with glasses with colorful nails and another woman who was hispanic, (not being racist) around her late 30’s and very rude. I was being cordial putting up with the attitude from the woman with glasses but she kept sighing under her breath like it wasn’t her responsibility to help customers. Then the other woman was acting snobby not very professional, she knew more than the woman with the glasses but was not being friendly. So in the end I got no upgrade and an uppity snobby attitude . I would not recommend going to this store.

Horrible customer service from an employee named Jessica. Went to pick up a router under my sister’s name, paid with my credit card. I understand my name wasn’t under the account but the employee said my sister had to call and it takes 24 hours. So I leave with my sister on the phone asking what she can do to save the trip but told her it takes 24 hours anyways. My sister calls and adds me to the account in less than 2 minutes. I was close enough to return but rather not deal with that store and specifically that employee.

Went here to get a new phone as I was having a lot of problems with the current one. When the lady set my new phone she kept my Sim card and the next day my credit card, and bank info was hacked, then a couple of days later my social security account was hacked as well. This place is not supposed to keep the Sim card. Be aware!!!!

I went into this location to pick up equipment that I ordered for the Internet and cable I was quoted 129 for the first year for high-speed Internet and basic cable when I got to the store the price was 189. I explained that I was not quoted that I was quoted much less and I was very specific when I placed your order that I wanted the high-speed Internet the highest one they have and they said that’s what I got when I got to the store they gave me the lowest speed for the 189 if I wanted to get it higher it was over $200 The manager of the store who claims she was the manager refused to cancel my orders so we don’t cancel because we get dinged if we do I said I don’t care if you get dinged I don’t want the equipment can you please cancel the order they told me absolutely not so I left Online call the number that I ordered from they said I have to go to their other department which is the retention department on hold for two hours and 20 minutes and retention I was driving so it wasn’t a big deal but I finally hung up I called eight different times to get this order canceled no one would cancel the order so I said well I’m not gonna pick up the equipment so I won’t worry about it they cancel the order on October 3 of course I got a call today From lady saying we wonder why you canceled your order can we help you and I explain the whole situation you said will reduce the price I said I’m not interested leave me alone delete my number from your file I used to work for AT&T when we had our phone center store if we ever treated a customer the way I was treated in the spectrum store I would’ve been fired on the spot. I urge you not to go Near the store or spectrum

Don't let the cheap plans fool you as Spectrum is NOT a good choice for if you are a gamer looking for good ping in your video games. Every time I have had Spectrum my ping on Fortnite has been terrible and thanks to my current plan? Ping consistently will spike from around 30-40 to 200-600 and trust me it is NOT fun. The ONE time I DIDNT have spectrum as my provider my ping was actually GOOD. If you game or you are a parent of a child who games then STAY AWAY or else there will be MANY complaints!

The agents there had great customer service' answered all my questions. The phone setup was very easy. They guided me and assisted so far, no dropped calls, no phone issues. And wow, my bill went from $188 a month to $45. Got the special 2 for the price of one for one year. Loving the savings!

I'm very disappointed with the service at this particular spectrum store I went in to ask for help I want to get a cheaper service that I know they have since my service was so expensive that I can handle but I met this lady name lizzie arambula who give me an attitude and tell me she can't do anything about it , so I say I want to disconnect my service and she tell me bring me the boxes and I will disconnected so instead to being help I felt I was mistreated so I went home and bring the boxes to her to end it up my service.

4 employees at the counter. 1 was helping a customer, 3 were shooting the breeze. i was the only other customer. they saw me, told me to wait, and continued their chit chat. left after 15min of sitting and watching them socialize.
