Smart & Final Extra! is a warehouse grocery store for households, businesses, and community groups. The store is well-stocked with a good variety of items, including healthy foods, fresh produce, meat, dairy, deli, frozen foods, and supplies. Prices are cheaper, very competitive, and pretty decent, offering great savings. It is a place for bulky items without a high cost. The staff is super friendly, really helpful, courteous, accommodating, efficient, and professional. Customer service is decent, and the staff can be depended on for orders and pickups. However, the store can be quite crowded, making it difficult to navigate. It is also not as clean as it could be, with some spills and messes. Overall, it provides a decent shopping experience with competitive prices and a helpful, friendly staff.
My first time to this location. I was going to Sprouts Farmers Market in the same shopping center, but I thought that I would check out Smart & Final first. This store has all of the healthy foods that I like to buy and it's cheaper. The cashier, Johnelle was very courteous.
