Brought in my old iPhone for a cracked screen repair. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was fair and repair was completed quickly. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The quality of work is exhaustingly poor to embarrassing. Had a Samsung Galaxy S10 screen replaced incompetently,I say incompetently because the first time the phone was fixed and returned to me one of the volume buttons manage to not work. Returned to the store to claim my case. Hence they fixed the volume button, which in return managed to not add enough to any adhesive to the parts that connect the actual phone together and make it water proof. My advice to the consumer/customer be very careful with these folks if you do risk getting any phone repair check every detail or you will get robbed blind!

Good service! Brought our cracked iPhone in to have the back of it fixed. Diego was very helpful. He was able to fix our phone within a few hours. When the phone was returned it was cleaned as well. Definitely will be back when needed.

I have brought in a couple of devices and referred this business to a lot of my friends and family. The owner and workers are super nice, professional and personable. Highly recommend this place because the prices are fair and service is quick.

I obtained a quote thru the Yelp app. They answered pretty quickly. I went to the store and had my iphone battery replaced for the price quoted. Working so much better now. Thanks iTalk for taking care of business without playing games!

Unfortunately I dropped my phone one too many times. My screen couldn't take it anymore and started to fail. I got to italk about 15 minutes before open. They noticed me waiting and took my phone early. They job got done in under an hour for a reasonable price. Even threw in a free temper glass screen protector. Great way to start my day!

The people at iTalk are friendly and very helpful. I took in my kindle a couple weeks ago, an they were able to repair the charging port (a common problem with Kindles). The cost was less than replacing the kindle, so I was very happy - the service was fast, and I will be bringing them more micro-soldering work in the near future.

I was at the Long Beach Towne Center and dropped my phone. With my luck, the screen shattered. Looked up a cellphone repair shop and iTalk was the closest place. I got helped by Jesse, who was very knowledgeable and repaired my screen in less than an hour. Great service and great price. Would def recommend to anyone who needs new cell phone service or repair.

Had a really bad experience here. Went in for a couples massage and ended up hating the entire 90 mins we paid for. The lady I was with was very old and during the massage I could tell she didn't want to be there. I asked for a Swedish massage and asked her to work on my feet and hands. It didn't matter what I asked this lady she was on auto pilot or didn't understand English. She gave me a Thai massage on top of that scratched my back with her Freddy claws. Then she walked and stood on my back for literally half the time I was there. She didn't even massage with her hands she decided her elbows were more comfortable for her to do my massage. Did she work on my feet and hands ...maybe for a min max for both. I felt more stressed out after I went in than before. Needless to say I let the female in the front know how bad my experience was here and I will find other options next time . Don't waste your time here if you're looking for a good massage.

I come about every 6-10 weeks depending on my schedule and I ABSOLUTELY love it here. Super clean, friendly, no "funny business" AT ALL! My husband feels safe here and I love every Masseuse they have. With the Thai Massage they step on your back but if you don't like it or it is too rough you can tell them and they will stop or make lighter. I have told many people about this place and they also love it. I'm so grateful for this place!
