This the worse Shiekh ever. I wish I never did business with this location. You call they hang up in your face or they answer the phone and don’t say nothing. You have to say hello first in order for them to say something. I’m calling corporate on this location forsure. Terrible customer service!! AVOID THIS LOCATION

Went to Shiekh in Lakewood mall like I always do and when I walked in I did not get greeted ! And to find out one of the person that didn't greet me was a new manager the old assistant manager always provided great customer service and it was sad to find out he's not at that location nomore. Bring Raymond back asap !!! That store will do horrible without him

I ordered shoes Saturday here it is Wednesday they are out of Ontario, CA literally a hour a way, that's insane. I decided to call the store to ask about my order only to have the worker snarkly tell me it's better to order them out of the store, after being polite she decided to say something's in life you just have to wait for, that's when I hit her with the sometimes you gotta get a better job too, then she tells me u mad huh? I said nope just speaking truth same as you lol. Is this the kind of customer service you teach your employees? This company seems incompetent. I've now called three times and no answering cuz she's afraid she'll probably get reported. I would drive down there if I didn't wanna waste the gas. Customer respect does a lot for a company and their brand, between the service and the disrespectful employees, I feel like cancelling my purchase and getting refunded. I don't pay to be disrespected and I definitely ain't waiting days for my health here. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS SHELL CORPORATION THATS FOR FS

I placed an order online and was able to pick up the same day. I called ahead of time because i thought i was going to arrive close to closing time (i drove over an hour to get there) and their hours were incorrect (they closed later on Fridays and Saturdays). This even showed in the confirmation email. Customer service was below sub-par. One of the cash reps (a female) was not pleasant at all. The gentleman that acknowledged to help me was better. Although the shoes that were brought were not checked because before leaving something told me to check them and they were dirty, maybe even worn. The associate even said he didn't notice. I politely asked if there was another pair available and they said no. I tried to ask if a discount could be applied since they're clearly dirty and are intended as a gift, They didn't even bother to acknowledge them being dirty. Then i discovered the stain pictured before leaving the mall. This is unacceptable. I walked back in to return and there were a totalof 6 associates standing at the register and I had to wait for the only ONE that was helping another customer.

19.95 for shipping is straight robbery within a store from California I thought I was paying for shipping from Dubai. Sheikh Elahi you should be ashamed of charging this ridiculous price not even Footlocker or the big name stores charge this much. So people pay attention before you buy online once yiu do ApplePay you can't see the shipping amount till it's charge and it's too late and they do not have the option to cancel within the hoiur yes you can return it to the store but you don't get refund for the $19.95 shipping. BE CAREFUL BUYING ONLINE

This review is only for Saul, and not the rest of the employees at the store. Saul is what makes a great manager. He listened to my concerns, and assured me that everything would be taken care of. The rest of his coworkers should follow suit and learn REAL customer service from him. With that being said, thank you Saul for providing me with great customer service. I Can see why he's a store manager.

The hispanic girl that works at this store is lazy as hell, gave me an attitude when i asked for prices because some of their jackets didnt have prices on them. After she walks to the register and scans for prices she just tosses them to the side with major attitude. Worst customer service ive ever experienced. She ruined the whole experience. The guy brian was great and had great customer service skill so thats why im leaving a 2 star instead of 1

I've been going here for a while now and as soon as I walk in the customer service is immaculate ! The store is always in order and it's not stuff everywhere ! Also let me tell y'all about the employee Don'Yai !!! I normally don't say this but that girl needs a raise !!! She greeted me and got the shoes I needed with a quickness !! (((Girl was fast like lightning))) lol but she had a great personality and her energy was there ! I was having a bad day and she made it 10x better ! Thanks again Don'Yai!!! You were a awesome representative of amazing customer service !!!

I had the best experience at the sheikh in The lakewood mall ! I wasn't looking for any specific shoe but Donyai was the one who helped me she had amazing customer service . She helped me find the perfect shoe for my grandmother . She was patient and seems to be very fashionable !

I just went in and they were selling the "Jordan 1 Biohack" to someone that they knew. Keep in mind that this shoe had been sold out. I saw the shoe being sold, went outside, and called them to see if they had any bio hacks in stock. He replied "we were sold out a long time ago." These people are shady and are backdooring shoes.
