Went to get a foundation match was not happy with the customer service. I asked for help and the salesperson looked at me all annoyed. Not going back for sure.

Can’t do returns or exchanges for anything bought online or at a Sephora storefront. So annoying! I got something online and the packaging was broken. I couldn’t just exchange for the same exact thing. This was the closest location to me and now I need to drive farther for a simple exchange! What’s the point?!

While this place does not have everything a brick and mortar Sephora (or even one in the mall) would have, it’s a great place to get the essentials! Highly recommend, but always confirm item availability online.

If I can give zero Stars I would this was my first time trying to buy something from Sephora. I was greeted like 5 min after walking in. which is fine because there was only one salesperson there. There was only two other girls (customers) in there which they were together and they were just looking. but I needed help not once did the salesgirl asked if I needed any help she was dealing with her shipment. Obviously I needed help picking out the right foundation. I was so annoyed I left and went to lancome at the mall. Now I know why I stopped going to Kohl's all together .

Sephora located in the Cowles in Lakewood Sephora right there located off of Carson in Street and Paramount. Sephora cosmetics has a lot of stuff. Yeah you can choose from inside Kohl's so you do a lot of shopping's. I got a Lotta good deals pretty neat, friendly everything you need for make up cologne perfume is here at Kohl's at the Sephora. Check them out highly recommend them friendly stuff good prices can't beat it Playa parking and it's in the middle of Kohl's. We could do all the shopping when you want to be there.

It says open at 9 but kohl's doesn't open until 10 now I'm just sitting in the parking lot waiting. I hope I have a great experience once ya open but I'm on a busy schedule I could've ran an errand before coming way down here

This is not my first time at this location. During my previous visit Josie helped me pick out a shade of Fenty lipgloss for my daughter. During my recent visit I was looking for a Fenty concealer that was purchased at Sephora in another state. I didn't know the number and asked them to look up. I was told that store locations do not have access to that database to pull up order history. Also the young lady told me that they are not able to do color match consult. Her wording led me to believe that they are not licensed cosmetologist. For a store that carry's a lot of products marketed toward woman of color, in most of the locations that I have visited, they do not have that representation in the stores.

I received GREAT customer service and GREAT help from Tanya. She took time with me and helped me find the perfect shade. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She represents Sephora very well. She's definitely a great asset to Sephora.

Came in at 615 pm and was helped immediately. Diana was very kind and knowledgeable and helped me try different products until I found exactly what I needed. Store was clean and well stocked. I was out by 645. Very pleasant experience :)

Yelp removed my previous review, so here it is again. I did not like this Sephora location at all. The employees working here were very rude and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to help anyone. They were also out of many products. I will not be returning to this store!

I should have known it was going to be drama dealing with this god forsaken company. The man running it isn't the wealthiest in the world because he cares about his customers. Oh no puleeez. They tell you no problem if it doesn't work out bring it back. They all swear to do miracles but they never work. And the crap costs an Armand a leg. We're paying for false hope! So of course when after how long I finally accept the fact that the products just aren't doing what they're suppers to do, I asked for a refund. Oops, it's past the 60 day deadline! Darn it, I should have known I only had 2 months to diligently make sure I was satisfied. I'm not. Not will I return to bay Sephora. It's all junk. Nothing Ulta doesn't have either just saying

It changed since they put Sephora and the pajamas for women is less there is no junior clothes is less all the clothes it’s just less it’s just a big Sephora in the middle of the store the store has gone downhill
