They have "now hiring" signs everywhere but do not look at the candidates that apply for months. If you call to tell them you've applied they will tell you "I'm busy, I haven't looked at the applications. I'll look at them on this day. I'll call you or you can call back." When you call back, because they never called you, and hold them accountable to their word your are "handled" with a "ugh" kind of attitude. The other workers that do pick up the phone are just simply so rude when you're asking essential questions. If they don't want to "deal" with you they will simply just ignore you. For a customer service-oriented workplace this has seemed to be this particulars store's motto. Just a heads up.

I love Ross! Always find something I can use. My bosses birthday is next month, I found a lovely towel set to go with a pretty platter.

Not bad found a few dress clothes for men that I needed for an event and weren't too badly priced but not much of a selection for dress clothes at least for men and the smaller size.

Came to this Ross store Tuesday evening. I purchased a pair of pants, they didn't fit good. I brought them back Wednesday for a different size (even exchange) I was told I owed $1.10. I asked the cashier its an even exchange why would I owe money. She explained that I was given a senior discount on Tuesday and I was exchanging on a Wednesday. There was no discount. So I owed money...by the way I checked Ross store returns and it doesn't mention this policy...

I love shopping at Ross. I went to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers, and I didn't have time to shop, but I did pick up a charger for my phone next to the lockers, which are next to the cashiers. There was no one in line to check out so I walked up to the cashier and asked if she was open. She told me the line starts over there and had me go all the way around. By then, someone had gotten in line to check out, so I had to wait when I was in a hurry to pick up my granddaughter from school. She could have easily checked me out since no one was in Iine when I asked her. I know where the line starts, but if no one is in line, why do I have to go all the way around instead just getting check out? There wasn't even any customers checking out. rediculous!
