Could not explain why he couldn't starch a 100% cotton shirt. Then got very rude when I tried to explain. He completely misunderstood what was needed. Told me to leave! Communication skills - badUnderstanding & listening skills - real BAD!!!I will never use his services again!!!

Two stars for outrageous prices!! Cmon??? 10 items for 89.00??? Nothing major. 1shirt, 1 short, 3 pants, 2 linen pillow cases etc. etc. yes good quality but seriously almost 10.00 an item?? Go buy something new before coming here you will be a winner!!

This place does an amazing job at a very reasonable price. The owners are super nice and very attentive! I'm very picky with my cleaners because I've had professionals cleaners ruin my clothes in the past. However, I don't think I need to worry about that with this place.

HORRIBLE!!! Would not and will not recommend. Tried this place out because it was closer to our house in comparison to the dry cleaners we normally go too. Dropped off two uniforms and was astonished by the price!!! $20 for both! Martells in Artesia charges less than $5 to dry clean and press and they are super fast and efficient! Went to pick up in the morning and uniforms were not ready. Told the lady I needed them by 4 for work and she said, "okay we'll have the ready." Showed up at 4:30 only to find out that they were not ready and they sent the pants of the uniform to another location?! Waited over 10 min until someone from the other location drove the rest of the uniform over. Extremely unhappy with the customer service, as well as the operation of how this dry cleaners work. I'm highly recommend taking business elsewhere.

I've been going here for years. The owner is Amazing and so welcoming. She knows everyone by name. They do a great job cleaning, and your clothes don't have the weird chemical smell like some cleaners.
