I wish I could give it a minus star. I had been its customer for 9 years as a prepaid plan for my family member and myself. During these years, it happened that I had no service, and customer service couldn't help me. Last October, it happened again; this time, I decided to dispute the charge because customer service didn't help me after many emails and calls and declared it was my phone problem. From page plus customer service, a guy called me and treated me badly if I wouldn't cancel the dispute, they put me on the blacklist. Today, when I prepaid my bill they rejected me. This is terrible customer service; they become angry easily and have no solution.

Brought in my old iPhone for a cracked screen repair. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was fair and repair was completed quickly. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The quality of work is exhaustingly poor to embarrassing. Had a Samsung Galaxy S10 screen replaced incompetently,I say incompetently because the first time the phone was fixed and returned to me one of the volume buttons manage to not work. Returned to the store to claim my case. Hence they fixed the volume button, which in return managed to not add enough to any adhesive to the parts that connect the actual phone together and make it water proof. My advice to the consumer/customer be very careful with these folks if you do risk getting any phone repair check every detail or you will get robbed blind!

Good service! Brought our cracked iPhone in to have the back of it fixed. Diego was very helpful. He was able to fix our phone within a few hours. When the phone was returned it was cleaned as well. Definitely will be back when needed.

I have brought in a couple of devices and referred this business to a lot of my friends and family. The owner and workers are super nice, professional and personable. Highly recommend this place because the prices are fair and service is quick.

I obtained a quote thru the Yelp app. They answered pretty quickly. I went to the store and had my iphone battery replaced for the price quoted. Working so much better now. Thanks iTalk for taking care of business without playing games!

Unfortunately I dropped my phone one too many times. My screen couldn't take it anymore and started to fail. I got to italk about 15 minutes before open. They noticed me waiting and took my phone early. They job got done in under an hour for a reasonable price. Even threw in a free temper glass screen protector. Great way to start my day!

The people at iTalk are friendly and very helpful. I took in my kindle a couple weeks ago, an they were able to repair the charging port (a common problem with Kindles). The cost was less than replacing the kindle, so I was very happy - the service was fast, and I will be bringing them more micro-soldering work in the near future.

I was at the Long Beach Towne Center and dropped my phone. With my luck, the screen shattered. Looked up a cellphone repair shop and iTalk was the closest place. I got helped by Jesse, who was very knowledgeable and repaired my screen in less than an hour. Great service and great price. Would def recommend to anyone who needs new cell phone service or repair.

I have been to this location several times for iPhone repairs for different family members. For my last visit 2 days ago they replaced my sons charging port. I will say they stand by their work and are priced fairly. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I appreciate the work ethic and friendliness of this store. My wife, on Saturday, had dropped her phone on its corner & cracked the crap out of it!! Went to the Apple store thinking it would be cheaper than an outside repair. Well, Apple wanted to sell us a new phone for $650.00. Sunday while wait for breakfast I went online & started looking for a repair shop. Turns out that EMS was around the corner from our house & was open on Sunday!! That was our first stop after eating for an estimate. $65.00 & 1 1/2 hrs later, my wife had her phone back & it looked better than new! I will highly recommend EMS to everybody!! Thank You for your prompt, professional & courteous work!!
