Date may 13, 2023 time 10:43am. Very bad service stupid lady did not want me to use the restroom by laying that there isnt towel paper and i said its ok i just need to pee then i walked insede restroom and there where napkings. Very rude do not come to this place. Nasty old lier woman. We will be reportingthis issue to the city inspectors

I'd give ZERO stars if I could!!! I called three numbers all wrong!! My complaint is on the marquis on the street it says one price but at the pump it's .10¢ more per gallon!! We all know that matters especially with these sky high prices!!!

Every time I come here the restroom is out of order. They close the restroom and say it is out of order because the clerk is too lazy to clean it. Horrible. We refused to buy gas here and wen across the street where they open their restroom.

This location is convenient but has a host of problems. There is always at least one pump out if order. They never have any paper in the printers at the pumps. Many of the compartments that hold the card payment device are missing the anti-tamper seals. My wife had a brand new debit card that was used once at this station and we immediately had 6 fraudulent Uber charges in San Francisco. Do not use the payment machines at the pumps.

Very good Gas Station. Site is always clean and well lit. I have found both the morning shift and afternoon shift to be very respectful and helpful. One of the best priced gas stations in the area.

They are thieves . Count your money before you leave . Cashier JUST have very poor customer service . The females always have attitudes . Worst customer service . We need the old owners back ,

Horrible service. The employees that work here are extremely rude. Their pumps are always out of order and they don't care. The gas station is run down. Luckily for me I don't ever have to go there again. There are other gas stations in the area that have respectful and friendly employees, with facilities that are clean and updated. Luckily for me,I never have to fill up at the pump anymore since buying an electric vehicle. So take that Mobile!!!!!! You can shove it!!!! I fuel my car from home now with my electric panels. Pretty soon everyone will be driving hybrids and electric cars.

Make sure you always get a receipt. They're not the best at math and get very easily distracted by other people. I almost got robbed $20 by the cashier.

I don't mind driving a bit further for quality and yet less expensive gas compared to other Mobil gas stations around the area (Lakewood/North Long Beach). Out of few Mobil gas stations in the area this is the best one. Clean facility, inside and also outside. I did notice the cleaning solution to clean your windshield/windows was clean and not murky. Since I purchased a soda, I can say the drinks are very cold. Also my car felt like it was a bit faster using their gas. I don't know if it was the gas or something else but I did like how my car felt using regular 87 octane. I visited twice in the month of May 2018.

There's a guy as a cashier that is rude! This gas station is clearly has an owner and it's franchise. I will stop coming to this gas station for sure, there's a chevron gas station across the street!!
