This comment is for Metro PCS entirely!! The fact that you want to charge your customers a $5.00 fee to pay their bill in person is absolutely pathetic. You will not charge me $5 for something your employees are there to do, and already paid to do. It is part of their job. It's obvious, you are still not as popular as the other phone companies, to have to charge a fee. Do your workers not get paid enough, what is it? You may be the cheapest and more convenient, but courteous to your customers, most definitely not. $5.00 to pay my bill, not going to happen!

Lindsey was very helpful and had great customer service. I'd recommend this metro pcs store if you are interested in getting a new phone or even a home internet service.

I messed up my sd card and couldn’t see any of the pictures I had of my old dog.I came in for help and they attended me right away.They got the pictures back and even showed me how to save some battery on my phone

The owner here robs his customers and employees. Blocked me after I was In the hospital for having a miscarriage and my mom also having surgery. Victor Ramirez and his Manager Carlos would leave me alone in the store. I couldn't even use the restroom. And never paid me my missing hours or commission... if you ever got a phone here check your receipts he tells you your accessories are free. But he actually charges $27 to $30 extra without customers Knowledge

My grandma told about an event they were having for back to school here and man as soon as I showed up they were doing giveaways and had deals of all shorts. The staff was good and I recommend this store .

I posted a review yesterday but oddly enough it is not showing. I went to store, upgraded my phone Again after only 3 months and was charged for a phone case and tempered glass which I did not want and was told by Katherine they were "free" due to my purchase. She charged me $55.06 for these free items. Went back, Carlos said will do refund and will take 5-10 business days and he would talk to Katherine about this. Very very shady business practice for a customer who has been with them for over 20 years. Just for the inconvenience alone they SHOULD have given me the case.

Went in here to purchase a new Iphone and the customer service was amazing. I believe the gentleman's name was Cesar. He was so funny and kind. This is the type of service that makes you want to go back. He deserves a raise! I walked out of there with everything I needed for my phone. Thanks again !!

It was so refreshing to not only get greetings upon entering and prompt attention. BUT Also, GREAT!!!!! Customer service.Cynthia is the BEST!!! She took the time and answered All of my questions, repeatedly, until, I actually understood . And I was. Clueless. 3rd or 4th shop I went to regarding same issue or issues and could not be happier. It is worth the gas to go there!!5 STARS. 2 THUMBS UP!! Way to go metro !! Thank you again Cynthia, GREAT JOB!!!
