Nicki and Kimberly were absolutely amazing with my son! We were there to get my son a tux for his Winter Formal (which is a community event for those who Autism). My son has never been able to go into stores and try clothes on, as he has a lot of anxiety. I have always had to purchase clothes and bring them home and try on. This was an amazing memory to get to make w my son. He is 21 years old and I still get to have "firsts" w him that we missed out on. It meant the world to me that both Nicki and Kimberly were so excited and sweet with us. Thank you to this fabulous store and these fantastic women. You made a huge difference in our lives.

Remodeling, so it's really hard to find anything. The employees weren't very helpful either. They ignored us until we went looking for them. Yeah, I wouldn't go there again.

Still a five star rating. Unchanged. I returned to renew my wardrobe after losing substantial weight and no longer having to patronize the DXL stores. Dropped 148 pounds and it sure feels good to return to Men's Wearhouse!!! Styles are unbelievably great and prices are still terrific! Sure is good to be back home.

We walked in, they didn't have my size at the time (40R Slim Fit). I'm 5"11 and 175lbs, so I'd think they'd be likely to have my size. Pricing seems high, too. I went to Al Weiss in the Fashion District instead. Much cheaper and a huge variety of suit options.

Lady who helped me was rude to the bone but had some humanity to give me proper help. Apparently, you need a degree in understanding every term in wearing a suit in order to not waste their time. Simply a suit with top and bottom since they didn't have the color required for the wedding im attending. It was such an alien concept I got eye rolls, scoffs, and disrespectful murmurs. At the end of it the lady who helped needed to go to chucke cheese next door? Went through with it for my friend but really bizarre experience. Place is under construction and I understand the stress but what did I do?

Due to the construction, the place was like a million degrees. It was a challenge not to sweat all over everything I was trying on. Had a lot of shoppers the day I was in there and like 2 employees. The guy helping me was rushing back and forth helping other customers. He tried to get everything done fast but in the rush, my suit ended up not fitting great (partially my fault - I have a challenging frame. I'm very short and very overweight). I know they would have corrected it if I had asked but I really didn't have the time for a re-do so I had to use it as is. Hoping the next time I go they have adequate staffing and their store is finished. Also be mindful of stomachs - My suit buttons but you can see shirt and tie underneath because of my gut. The associate said it looked fine but everyone else has told me I look ridiculous. Thanks for the kick in the rear I needed to stop eating and hit the gym. Hope nobody at this wedding takes any pics with me in them.

This is a new location and it is still being set up. But they have everything you need out now, and a large selection. I was so happy they were able to help me for a same day event. I feel like they have good quality and good prices. And the service makes it so much better. I will be back soon.

Horrible Experience here.TL;DR.Mid-RenovationPoor management support. Layout was horridAlmost like Employees are trained to avoid eye contact?Only one person was amazing. Her name was Kimberly. Please give her proper recognition for being outstanding1. Disorganized. In their defense, they just moved and it looks like it's going under renovations. However, it's poorly setup to executive basic functions. They could use signs to held direct customers. It's more of a management failure here. They left employees with an extremely poor setup as well as basic customer service training. No basic greeting. No lines. Easily resolved with temp signs or better customer service.2. When I called to check on my rental arrival, I didn't know where my receipt was at the time. The lady that picked up told me to go look for it and call back. I tried to give her other information and she'd cut me off and tell me she can only help me with the info. I tried to be nice and give her my name and event date, but she refused to look me up. She sounded like she wanted to get rid of me. I would understand if they are busy and needed to put me on hold, but none of that was conveyed to me. I gave up and went home to look for my receipt. Extremely unhappy with that service3. Then I came in and it was a clusterF***. No one helped me or even greeted me. I had to force myself into someone who was avoiding eye contact with me in order to get service. They directed me around the corner to someone named Nikki. She was courtesy but felt really rushed. She also sounded like the person on the phone(#2). I told her my jacket felt big. She said "you're an in-between size" and "don't go a size smaller". I went home and my wife said it was too big and to go back and see if someone else could help me.4. I went back the next day and Kimberly helped me. She was amazing. She had me try on a couple other sizes. They fit way better and she ordered me two different sizes just to make sure I got the size that works best. All of this should have been done the previous visit.

Walked into this location to find a suit with my son. I must say I found myself a bit anxious because my husband is so much better at this than I am . After saying a prayer for success, I was greeted by an employee, named Kimberly, who assisted us the entire time. We told her what we were looking for and she made some wonderful suggestions. I couldn't believe the price compared to a suit I paid for at a competitor's store a week earlier. We walked out with a complete suit, shirt and tie for under $300! It appeared that Kimberly was management because other employees were asking her questions. She knew her stuff. It was so refreshing to have someone like her give competent suggestions, and understand the look we were trying to achieve and take her time with us. I was so overjoyed that I asked if I could give her a hug! Oh, and I thanked God for answering my prayer!!

The staff at the Lakewood location are like family to me. No pressure to buy clothing. Relaxed atmosphere. I will continue to spend my money here.

They were quite rude when I was shopping for a suit. I asked one of the associates how the suit fit on me, as I was trying it on, and he rolled his eyes and said "fine". We were not asked if we needed any assistance at all and made to feel like a burden. I wouldn't recommend this location.

So the phone service was terrible regarding me attempting to call only to be put on hold or disconnected on the call, i had general questions about some of the products but i had no choice but to go in myself. When i found what i needed i was being helped out by woman named nikki and she was coming off very flirty and made things very uncomfortable, she went on discussing about her tarot reading on instagram but also recommended her only fans to me which i thought was unprofessional. she wrote her instagram on a paper when she helped me out with my purchase. im putting this info down with a photo of another review that had another complaint about her but this was a different encounter. im attaching the photo to know what associate this is as it is very unprofessional attempting to acquire business in that matter. onlyfans.com/nikki_the_g…@nikki_the_gemini

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Men's Warehouse when I went to pick up a suit. It was evident from the moment we arrived that things were about to go downhill. The suit jacket that was supposed to be in the correct size was nowhere to be found. I approached a representative to address the issue, hoping for a quick resolution, but unfortunately, that was not the case.The representative's response to the missing suit jacket was utterly unhelpful and unsympathetic. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, they simply stood there, displaying an apparent lack of concern for the inconvenience caused. It was disheartening to see such a lackadaisical attitude from a representative of a supposedly reputable establishment.Given the situation, my husband and I took it upon ourselves to find a suitable alternative. We scoured through the available jackets, trying to find something that would at least somewhat match the suit pants. However, our efforts were in vain as we couldn't locate any jacket that would be a suitable replacement. It was frustrating to realize that we were left to navigate this predicament entirely on our own.To make matters worse, the representative's response remained consistently apathetic throughout the entire ordeal. Their repeated assertion that there was "nothing they could do about it" was both disheartening and unacceptable. In the end, my husband was left with no choice but to wear a suit that did not button properly, completely undermining the purpose and functionality of a well-fitted suit.I expected much better service from Men's Warehouse, a store that prides itself on providing quality attire for men. Unfortunately, this experience left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned. It is disconcerting to witness such a lack of accountability and problem-solving skills from the store's employees. A basic level of customer service and dedication to resolving issues should be a given, but it was sorely lacking in this instance.I urge potential customers to approach Men's Warehouse with caution, as this experience highlights their incompetence in handling even the simplest of problems. I sincerely hope that the store takes steps to rectify these issues and improve their customer service, as no one should have to endure the frustration and inconvenience that my husband and I experienced.

Worst service, careless employees, I felt I was really bothering him with my only request for a dressing shirt. Slim fit shirt didn’t work for me so I asked for a regular fit.. wow big deal.As he said a brand new store but No public bathroom and I need one so bad due to brain surgery.I had in the past several issues with the same Store in Dallas. I usually give 2 to 3 chances before I remove it from my shopping list then I give them one more chance in California Lakewood. It was horrible. I know for sure you don’t care and so do I will never ever go back to Men’s Wearhouse anywhere in the United State.
