Stopped in on my weekly weekend lotto scratcher purchase (I like to buy them at different places each time as you never know if they'll be the winning ones). Clerk was nowhere to be found but came out shortly from the back. Read the other reviews on here about the owner being rude but this employee was very friendly and handled my transaction quickly. Store was clean and parking lot was empty as I was the only customer (NYD).

DO NOT CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. The owner is incredibly rude and hateful. He accused my 13 year old nephew of stealing and forced him to empty his pockets. When nothing was found, he refused to apologize. He stated, "I do not apologize to anyone for anything!" When I mentioned this could be seen as racial profiling (my nephew is black, almost 6ft tall, with a large Afro), he started screaming, "You Americans are the only ones who are racist, we don't do that in my country!" Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My family and I used to be regulars at this liquor store and he just lost our business forever. Please stop giving this man business and go to the liquor store across the street next to the car wash. They are wonderful there.

The 50s male attendant with salt and pepper hair behind the counter today needs to find a new line of work. I cashed some scratchers and immediately after I asked him to get lottery tickets and he shook his head like I was inconveniencing him. I’m sorry where did you think I walked in? It’s a liquor store. #letsgetittogether

Wow, I just visited this liquor store. The dude behind the counter is rude AF. I asked about the cost of a bottle and he said, how much do you want to pay? "Uh, what's the cost?" What do you want to pay? " I'll give you $35?" It's a over $60. "Okay, well forget it, can I get that $25 bottle of tequila?" The price is up, it's $50. "Wtf , can I get a different bottle?" No, I'll help the paying customer first. You just want to ask prices or buy? So, I moved out of the way, waited until he completed the next transaction and said, "Ok, I'll take that other bottle." Basically, refused to tell me the prices on the bottles and said I don't need to know the prices because I only ask and not ready to buy. I have cash in hand, my guy. Honestly, but sure if he's just an a** or it was some type of racial thing, but he refused to sell to me. I live behind the store and have come often with the previous owners. Even after it changed hands, I've been here a few times. Not sure who this dude is, but I'll never come back and neither should your!

I wish I could give this store 0 star.The man who works there, he is super rude ,mean and mannerless.Also ,this guy is racist, he might be Indian.Once I entered the store he rolled his eyes and and stare at me badly.Actually,I was going there to buy a lottery ticket, I asked him if I can get there lottery tickets, he treated me as like I was begging him for free.He shouted at me once I asked him to add more lottery tickets .I wanted to be nice to him so i didn’t say any mean things.Hey you ,who do you think you are treating customers like this.First go and learn lesson of manner otherwise you should be fired.I do not recommend any one to go this Liquor market.Hey guys keep in your mind there are lots of liquid market in Lakewood area they treat you way better than this store.Please keep in mind never ever enter this store.

Been coming to this liquor store since the late 80's. This is the third owner as fast as I know. The owner before this new one, owned the liquor store for over 30 years. It has been a good spot to get goods and whatever in-between. The new owner is friendly and keeps things well stocked. You won't get ripped off here.
