Mark is great! I have been taking my Schnauzers to him for 26 years and have always found him to be very fairly priced and does an excellent job. Best of all he gets my dogs done in a couple of hours so I get them back home without alot of stressful time in a cage.!!!

Came here on a whim because they were able to fit us in on a busy holiday weekend. We loved the haircut our guy received cut short just how we asked. However his nails weren’t trimmed and we specified that (multiple times)and it’s the most important thing he needed. We also weren’t made aware that they didn’t take credit. They don’t have a card reader at all they only accept cash or check. When informed (when she called to tell me that the dog was ready) I told the girl I needed to run by the house and grab cash (5 mins away) she called me back and stated that “we are going home after this so if you could not take a long time” super unprofessional. Also more pricey (not including tip) than regular place usually we pay $80 that’s including the tip and it was $90 here without the tip. And there were services missing.

Got my puppy's first haircut here and I'm so glad he was sweet and patient with her so she wouldn't be scared of going to the groomer! He gave her a great schnauzer haircut and kept her unmistakable eyebrows. It's not the fanciest grooming salon, but that's probably how he can charge such reasonable prices ($45 for a bath and cut). It was easy to get an appointment, and I like that they didn't keep her all day. Dropped her off at 9:15 and picked her up just before 10:30. We'll definitely be back!

My dogs Lucky and Lulu were all scruffy and they came out looking so beautiful/handsome. Highly recommended. Cash or check only. I think we found ourself a new dog groomer!

I loved it here! Getting an appointment was easy. The owner knew exactly what type of haircut my puppy needed. My baby was comfortable with the owner and the young lady working there. Compared to other places in Lakewood this place has best prices. If you looking in Lakewood or locally go here. The young lady was also very friendly. My baby Coco looks so cute! Will be back for sure.

I've taken my dog Buddy B. to Lori's at least four times now and have always been pleased with the results. My gauge is how Buddy acts and reacts when he's going there and when he's picked up. He's happy, not nervous, not scared. That speaks volumes to me. Mark is a dog whisperer. Never had issues with nicks or cuts. Mark has skilled groomer's hands. Overall I'm very pleased with Lori's. No issues whatsoever. Side note: I hope they have not closed. I've been trying to reach Mark but no reply. Buddy's in desperate need of a bath and cut.

I told them i wanted them to cut my dogs hair short and they left his face uneven and he had a bald spot on his left side under his ear. The shampoo they use was very fragrant. Nice staff but i dont think i can bring my dog back here ??

Very nice grooming and very reasonable price. I use to take my dog to another groomer and i always had to give him tranquilizers before he went because the staff would say he was difficult. Anyhow i found this place turned out my dog doesn't need medication before getting groomed. Very friendly staff here. Definitely recommend.

The recording said they sometimes take walk-ins but only before 10am so I arrived at 9:45 and they fit me in! Note that they close earlier than other groomers - but the two people working there were really nice! The man doing the grooming strikes me as an excellent dog person but maybe not excelling in people skills, so don't be put off. He knows his stuff and did a great job on my dog! One of the best cuts she's ever gotten! AND it was only a couple hours before they called to have me pick her up.
