The visit was perfect. Was greeted as we walked in , asked what did I need. I needed to see if my son's glasses could be repaired. Was instructed to sit in the first chair for assistance. The wait time wasn't even 2 minutes. The tech examined my son's glasses, and enlighten me to his glasses had coverage. I was told the co-pay, paid it, and also the tech straightened his frame without breaking them, so he can still wear them until the replacement arrive. I feel that was going the extra mile for us, because she didn't have to try to fix them. I'm really appreciative.

We came in look for comfort and Emily helped both me and my wife get our glasses both adjusted and cleaned along with pad replacements. Great experience would recommend coming to this location and asking Emily for assistance.

I first want to say that parking is so convenient. If you park on the backside of Lens Crafters there is an entrance right there. No need to go through the mall and there's always a parking spaceI went in last week to get my lenses replaced. Went in Monday and Tuesday morning I got a text that they were ready That was quick.When I went in Tuesday a gentlemen helped me with my glasses his name is"Power", He was so friendly! He found my glasses and was so helpful he cleaned them, fit them to my head and got a new case. His customer service was an A+ for me. They have a very big selection of designer glasses to choose from.

Great service! I got my glasses same day due to the in store lab. My understanding is this lab will soon go Away. I recommend going before this happens.

Came in to buy a pair of replacement lenses (not even prescription ones) and they told me to go online as it would be cheaper. After realizing that the lenses I wanted were not in stock online, I tried going back to ask if they could help in store. They told me to please wait and never checked on me again. I saw 6 different employees doing pretty much nothing at all.What is even happening in this store?

That’s place didn’t serve Asian people like me at all because I was there and stayed in line for a while and two fat ladies didn’t call me.They called couple white people who stayed behind and me. After they called the third white lady , I was stopped them and said ( wait?! You guys don’t want to call me because I was here in line before those people you called and skipped me?! What’s wrong with you?! You guys didn’t Asian like me?!). I walked out and I was very upset.

really sure of the procees for taking the next customer. The doctor walks out customers from the back..then the Lenscrafters representative assists that customer.. I'm standing near the register and the "check in attedant" is busy.just when another customer walks in and she is assisted at the moment. I bring this to the attention of the "check-in attendant" and her response is "Oh, I did not know you were ready." Problem is you did not ask.. I highly suggest a sign-in sheet or a pull a number system; something to ensure customers are assisted efficiently and in the order in which they arrived.

Long wait to get someone to take my old frames & new prescription but it was a Saturday morning so not a shock. Ince an associate met with me and did measurements on old frames & pupils then enter prescription in system I was quoted standard 1 hr wait time; 17 minutes later got text message that my glasses were ready to pick up! I hadn't even had time to walk down to Panera to enjoy a coffee & pastry.

Glasses wearers around the world know that when your glasses are broken, your existence is literally inconvenienced! Walked into LensCrafters ask for some help replacing a temple and they were so generous and caring. Got me out of there in 7 min flat with clean glasses that no longer had to held together with tape.
