I have had my car washed many times but I have NEVER experienced an attendant that washed and cleaned my car and then THREW AWAY THE REMOTE CONTROL TO MY GARAGE!!! I was supposed to receive a call back from a Manager, but that NEVER happened!!! They could have at least complimented a free car wash, but NOTHING!!!
I will never go back there ever again!!! So, please check your car for your REMOTE CONTROL to your garage! I had to order an another remote and have it programmed, which was such an inconvenience!!!

They were very friendly, nice... But your sign to say wait or exit I did not see... the guy got a lil upset. Not his fault... lol other than that... it was very, very good... thank you... ( my 1st time there)...

I like that this car wash has unlimited car wash options and are open for a good portion of the day. Full service is usually pretty good, they do an excellent job drying the exterior and leaving clean windows. Interior vacuuming is 50/50, sometimes really good and other times average.

It’s a nice car wash and it has everything you need to do self-vacuuming. But in the last year the prices have increased 3x times. It was $8, then $10 now it’s $12 for the minimum wash. There’s another cash wash down the road that’s brand new and it’s only $8.

It used to be my favorite place but I'm disappointed since they canceled my membership just because I’m a Lyft driver.
What is the point of unlimited washes?

If I was able to give 0 stars as a review I would!!!I can not believe I had to pay $30 for them to do the worse service I've ever gotten. $30 and can't even clean the windows from outside, it's ridiculous!!!! First and last time here, they even left a scratch on the front hood of the car, I am beyond mad at this. It didn't even look like the rinse the car. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

Moved to LB 8 years ago and it 5 bucks basic wash, now it's 9. It's nearly doubled in price and we sure aren't making nearly twice as much money as 8 years ago are we - I'll wash it myself next time !

I went in a few days ago for a car wash and they don’t even rinse your car before it goes into the wash and I believe that caused my car to get scratched it left very bad scratches and pretty deep. I didn’t notice until the next day and I’m a busy mom and didn’t have time to go back and show them. My 2021 Accord looks so bad I will not be going back.

I dont due Uber or lyft, i just have the lyft sticker for fun!! I have the monthly plan , and today the manager told the cashier to do not let me use the service because hi think Im at uber or lyft driver...hi never ask me personally...or took the time to contact me in person, i could explain!
This kind of rules dont speak very well
SERVICE IS THE KEY FOR ALL KIND OF BUSINESS.
