Don't know what they did, but went in for a screen repair and they must've replaced it with a cheap knockoff. A lot of the time the screen will randomly stop responding to touch and force me to restart my phone. The phone also mysteriously gets extremely hot out of seemingly nowhere while running mundane apps like YouTube. The screen also randomly responds to touch twice sometimes, mostly noticable while I'm typing. They also didn't seal the back correctly and this forces me to keep my case on. Oh, and the first time I went in, when I came out the screen created very bright bars from nowhere. Went back in to get it changed because their warranty claims to cover it, but they still charged me $80. Overall, very bad experience, wouldn't recommend this place for repairing your devices.Edit: also noticed the inside of my cameras are also kind of dirty. My phone also performs horribly on certain games and the phone gets really hot and frame rate drops dramatically. I find it odd that you people refer to this place as "honest" and "respectable" but I find quite the opposite has happened in my experience.

When my neighbor recommended this place, I was surprised they are still in business because I purchased a phone almost 20 years ago from them. They managed to repair my severely damages Samsung phone and successfully transferred my data to a new phone. Explains their enduring success around two decades! Thank you.

These people were great. I was having trouble with my charging port and when I went in to ask for help the owner kindly took my phone back to see if anything was stuck in the charging port. Cleaned it and gave it back to me. Wouldn’t accept payment from me. I left happier and will definitely return as a customer in the future.
