That poor guy sat there for 3 hours with me and helped me sort out all my Verizon based issues haha I've never been a fan of this location BUT I have to say, I've had a change of heart. Adam is super helpful, empathetic, and genuinely kind. He made sure I was taken care of walking into the store, up til the moment he held the door open for me to walk back out. He showed no signs of frustration, kept his cool even when he had to call in for help, and was calm and super polite the entire time. Thanks for making this transaction a wonderful experience and leaving me with a more positive attitude toward this specific location.
