You literally can’t even call the store directly!? No I don’t want to talk through H&M I just want to ask the store workers a question. A 2 minute call turned into a 30 minute call. Fix this H&M!

Bad costumer service. Came to exchange clothes for my son with a gift receipt , employee that helped me was rude & giving attitude for no reason. All I wanted was just to exchange it for something else. I asked if he can check if I had store credit on a card & he asked me why , if I was going to use it, or if I just wanted to know the balance ,etc Manager was no where to be found , a quick transaction with 2 items took over 20 mins. Can't believe people like this work here & get away with this kind of behavior.

Went in and got charged even for the bag. No other store has ever charged me for the bag while shopping for clothing. I’m honestly surprised I didn’t get charged for the air I was breathing in there too. Never purchasing from any H&M again.

Managers SHAISTA, MONICA, CHRISTIAN, BREE, MARIA all shaped like GRIMACE, don’t take the time to learn to pronounce employee names and laugh in your face multiple times about how hard your name is to pronounce. Christian is rude to new employees and yells when higher management isn’t around. Bree disrespects everybody and even yelled at manager Nancy in front of customers but is never fired. SHAISTA, MONICA, CHRISTIAN, BREE, MARIA UR ALL SHAPED LIKE THE HAMBURGLAR!
