I was publicly humiliated by staff and in turn by other customers waiting in a long line. I was questioning the coupons that are always emailed to me. Clerk was rude and hateful and didn't want to explain further why I h ad to pay 50. to joing their club to use coupons. Had to ask a manager to show me where it said that on coupons. It didn't. He found it somewhere else. Very misleading and I don't care to ever shop there again. Got in my car in tears from the humiliation and I'm 61, handicapped and can't help it I'm slow and two other clerks just standing there and couldn't open another line that was trailing through the aisles.
